We didn’t get very good service here we asked a lady for help and she said she would get another associate to help and never returned with anyone we took the shelving to checkout and saw her stocking items in a different isle. So she just brushed us off. Also when we went to the checkout the shelving didn’t have a tag on so we asked the lady at the checkout counter if she could help us find a price and she rolled her eyes like we were the biggest pain in her a$$. And was not very courteous at all. And rude. We told her we could go back and get a shelf with the price. And she said well we will try to find it. No customer courtesy at all! Very sad

I was there on Wednesday, January 15th at about 6:30 pm at the Pueblo Boulevard location. I needed help checking out. An employee by the name of Emili was most cordial and helpful. She was patient and slowly went through the process of reaching my credit page to complete the credit purchase. She also advised me on a method of saving our succulent plant from pesky gnats with products sold at Lowe’s. I’ve always had very good customer service at the store and Emili’s help was more proof of the store’s professionalism. Thanks Emili! -,A satisfied customer.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Southside Lowe's, and I must say, Cordell made my experience exceptional. I was there to choose a new color paint for a bathroom remodel, and Cordell was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. His expertise in paint selection really shone through, and he provided valuable insights that made my decision much easier.
What truly stood out was Cordell's ability to keep the conversation engaging and make me feel genuinely welcomed as a guest. It's rare to find someone who not only excels in their role but also takes the time to connect with customers on a personal level. Cordell's friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made my visit enjoyable and stress-free.
Cordell is definitely someone you want on your team. His dedication to providing excellent customer service and his warm, approachable nature are assets to the Southside Lowe's. Do not go to the South side Lowe's. I needed help finding something and could not get anyone to help me. My husband wanted to make a big purchase and was waiting for someone to come unlock cabinets for him (after being paged twice.) Waited almost 20 minutes and still no body showed up to help.

I had to ask the workers two different times for two different items and they responded with a positive attitude and pointed me in the right direction. The lady at the check out was also positive, so with the helpful employees and positive atmosphere I enjoyed my visit and found everything I was looking for. Thank you Lowes for a great experience.

I bought flooring the day before online and placed a pickup order. I call next day and told them I would be there in 5 mins to pickup order. I asked where do I need to go and the person on the phone said the blue pickup area. I went there and was told to go to customer service to get help. I then waited over 20 mins for someone to start getting my order which was about 10 feet away from me. Once they had the flooring on the pallet jack and she started to roll it out the door I walked out to get my truck which was on the first row. I parked in loading zone and the lady with the flooring was no where to be found. I waited again and had to unload it off pallet jack to load it on a cart while 5 employees stood around behind the customer service desk complaining about me complaining they were taking to long. I could have went and got it off the shelf,checked it out myself and would have been faster. This place has horrible customer service will never go back there again.

Happily spent about $500 on new tools for my new job... At Home Depot because everything I needed was locked up at this Lowe's. Hope the theft prevention nonsense is worth it. I'm not chasing down an employee for goddamn electrician hand tools.

Outside the employees were just getting to work. One said hi n i said i was just coming in for lawn bags. He told me where to find them. So i waited till the store was open. Then i got in and another nice guy tok me to the bag ection n actually hele e pick ou bags. Some . Then directed me over where the cashier was. I politelt took the bags to her to purchase. I felt good. Untul she purtly asked me if i was militay. I worke sik ll noc long n was tired. I take care of the infirmed at the nursing home close to lowes. I said no. She said this check out is only for military. I said id go over to the self check out. She checked me out anyway but nit adter i felt so guilty n apologised to her. Now i tell you. There may have been 3 customers in the entire store. No one was behind mw
