I'm done ordering and having items delivered or installed by Lowe's. The last two out of three times have been utter nonsense. First time had carpet installed. Took months for my order to arrive, it was installed like crap, one of the installers broke my toilet, the carpet which I spent a lot of money on is garbage and already looks 10 years old...had it for a year. Then I had a door installed which was ok but now appliance (washer and dryer) three times for them to get it right...and news flash still not done the way I asked them to do it. Simple stackable washer and dryer. 2 weeks to come in...fine. No stacking kit. Then reorder stacking kit try #2 forgot stacking kit at warehouse don't tell me for 4 hours. Try #3 hand me stacking kit and leave. I'm 150 lb old lady. What the heck am I doing with this??? Let me use my telekinesis to lift a dryer up on top of the washer I guess? I paid for delivery and install. I hand it back just take it then. I'll figure it out but I can't use this. Oh so sorry we will come do it. Rush around throwing $2000 worth of appliances around to get it done. Glad they didn't break anything. Sheesh. Don't use Lowes if you have any other option.

I was able to find the right clear totes to hold what I needed. I wanted something that you can see in it but not the lid. The tote is sturdy.

We paid for a carpet measure and they scheduled a time for the appointment. Waited all Saturday afternoon and no one showed up. Called Lowe’s to reschedule and they wanted to charge me again saying the system showed I never paid. Went to Lowe’s and showed them my receipt and they said the sales person charged you for the wrong thing. Rescheduled the appointment and the installer comes out and says the carpet is to soiled we will not remove it you will have to do that yourself. I called to get a refund and the first person said they would when I called back the second person said no we can not give you a refund blamed it on lack of training. Very POOR customer service at this Lowe’s. Had another company install the carpet with no issues!

They never have anything in stock. The employees are rude, and customer service does not uphold the standard that you would expect from a Lowe’s in general. Save your time and go to the Northside as the employees are much better and the selection is what you would expect from most Lowe’s stores.

Took quite a while for me to find somebody that would help me. And the last person ended up being the first person I ask. After all that time of going by she said even though I'm on my break I'll help you. Wow okay well that's 20 minutes of my life I can never get back.

Folks, lowes has a "new" system for returns. Based on recent experience I recommend you keep your receipt for everything, take it home and photocopy it (thermal paper will degrade over time, with heat and with moisture). If your return is within 90 days with a receipt - you have a good shot at getting store credit. Without a receipt - forget it! Customer Service more like customer disservice. Not a big fan of Home Depot but here I come.

Based on recent experience I recommend you keep your receipt for everything, take it home and photocopy it (thermal paper will degrade over time, with heat and with moisture). Then get a 3 ring binder and organize it. If your return is within 90 days with a receipt - you have a good shot at getting store credit. Without a receipt - forget it! Customer Service more like customer disservice. I only wanted to exchange a garden hose I bought in May 2023 but thats too complicated for you. Was it worth it Lowes? Was it worth losing a customer forever? Have their app or on their website? You should call and verify they have your item in stock - there's a good chance they don't. A 10 minute phone call will save you $$$ in fuel! Not a big fan of Home Depot but here I come.

Your new check out/payment processes really s---- (it's really a terrible experience). Using the military function, and now having to scan my drivrs license, is a terribly invasive slam to my privacy. I'm not a very happy camper through me recent experiences!! You can never find an associate to help you, and when you finally do find help, it's almost like no help at all - not to mention items I've been buying for years seems to now be unavailable and when I ask your staff, just shrugs. You folks have gone from good to terrible within a year or two. Thanks so much.

The 2 men who helped me rekey my locks were friendly, efficient and helpful. You too can rekey your locks for zero dollars. Highly recommend.

Took one PKG of flooring back as we did not use it. At first they could not find the product. The poor gal was getting a little preturbed because another customer was trying to get cash for something that obviously was grabbed in store and an attempt made to cash in. This young gal stayed calm and professional called up another person to help and then got our issue resolved. While a problem to me it is not a real issue, but when you get used to a store layout in another city, it can be a bit confusing when you realize the layout is not the same. How ever over the last two days of going to Lowes picking up material for flooring, cabinet building and making my own transition piece. The staff we ran into were extremely knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. Plus staff response to me seems quicker than home Depot.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY ASSISTANT MANAGER JARED. I purchased many expensive things from this particular Lowe’s and have always been treated well. I purchased a counter top a few years ago and have been having issues in the same particular place with these tops…I called tonight to let them know yet again having issues Jared completely dismissed me, did not even get my name or number or even “PRETEND” to look it up. CUSTOMER SERVICE. This man was absolutely awful, thankfully he sent me over to another lady and she was able to help me fully and get me exactly where I needed to be. If this is the leadership you have running your store, I would highly recommend reconsidering. Bad job Jared.
