We had a great experience at the Pueblo store and after looking at mattresses at the other two furniture places in Pueblo we ultimately chose Mattress Firm because of the solid customer service we received from Roby!

Dominic was friendly and seemed to have a good knowledge of the products. He spent a lot of time with us and had answers to our questions. He did not try to upsell us, but was informative concerning the difference in the quality of the mattresses we were looking at. He explained the warranty and guarantee process, delivery options, etc. Even my husband was pleased with the experience, and that’s an accomplishment!

They let us walk around and checked on us several times. We didn’t feel rushed or pushed in any way. We found the perfect mattress for us. We hope it works out but if doesn’t they have a wonderful return policy that will allow us to upgrade or downgrade again.

Mattress firm employees were very pleasant and very professional. I would recommend the manager and the sales personnel that waited on me to anyone I know. Cannot write the mattress yet I have not slept on it yet so that would be for another time. Thank you mattress firm

This store is awesome! Dominic sold us an amazing setup for super cheap. And Eric always has lens wipes for when my glasses get dirty. Good stuff!
