awful experience. Tried to do an upgrade but they don't do upgrades anymore?? plus some slob (the worker) was dying her hair in the back?? so unprofessional! she had hair dye all over her neck and the whole store smelled like a salon. If I wanted to have the experience I would of gone to Sally's hair store just a couple stores down. She said she was one of the mangers but I fully don't believe that because of how unprofessional her behavior was. 13 years of buying from them and they can't even give me a discount for their overpriced phones. how ridiculous. don't go here!!!! ever!!! You're not gonna ever get what you want, unless hair dye is what you want.

The manager I guess never has phones she is never wanting to help and always on the phone. The person there says she don't have items in when they do. She said they don't carry a charger when I found it right there on the wall for the costumer my self.

The girl that helped me out with my phone was absolutely awesome! She helped me get another phone and she hooked me up with some cool t mobile sunglasses:) would definitely recommend this store ?

Most of the stores here in Pueblo are ran by the same set of individuals so once your recognized as "not one of them," your automatically black-listed and treated differently. The employees have no clue how to professionally adhere to customers, as they will try and push more service charges, and will not let you know what they are charging you for, until the last minute, which is just another way to try and get customers to pay more money! Just make sure to always ask questions about what they are charging you, and make sure you get what you paid for or these people will rob, rape, and pilliage your pockets! Ill never go back to this place, I rather order online, these people are degenerates!
