This is two days in a row the store hours online claim to be open and no one is in the store, door is locked, i can't pay my bill, i walked to far to have a store not be open when they say they will be . Will change review if they hire more staff and stay open all business hours.

Destiny and her co-worker whom I apologize for not remembering her name but... Destiny for sure went out of her way to to help me get my phone situation figured out when customer service online nor customer service chats nor any other place I called could or would even try to help me because it was going to be too difficult.
Destiny made it happen and spent alot of time, energy and effort to help me (and my new puppy) to get a new phone and my service back working. I've had my phone number 20 years. Everyone else at MetroPCS didn't care. Destiny is awesome and if not for her I would have probably switched carriers. I had to make sure to mention her efforts where acknowledged. Thank you. You deserve a raise ?.

Worst place ever. The one that is short chubby didn't help for getting it activated I had to it 100% and still paid 25$. I did her job.

They were very nice I'm not sure why but they do not have as many selections of phones as they used to and prices for existing customers arent very good. A new customer pays over half as much less for the same exact phone as I do and I've been with metro over 10yrs. Doesn't seem fair.

Came for an upgrade, i did not get greeted when I walked in, then waited almost 30 minutes to get helped, I got asked, "what are you in here for?" ..... She didn't do much for me but gave me a paper to fill out and get another phone through the insurance Metro offers with a monthly payment. Waste of time, I'm headed to switch, I'm very disappointed with Metro.

Stopped by coming in from TX two weeks ago. Network went out & I couldn't call 611. Two females were there, a tall, thin one,long haired & a short, chubby one with dark medium length hair. The tall one was customer oriented. The short one was not. The tall one kept looking to her for guidance, so I figured the short one had more experience. When the short one finally got off her phone, she came to help, but could not figure out why my service turned off & put in a new SIM. Still didn't work. She searched my account & saw another phone had been turned on under my number. I explained that I didn't make that switch & if there's anything they could do to help. The tall one looked at the short one, but the short one was busy on her phone & stayed quiet. I asked again & she still did not look up from her phone. The tall one was speechless. If she had checked my account before putting the SIM in, she'd have seen I didn't need a new one. She tried to charge me for that SIM I didn't ask for & kept telling me that I needed to pay for it even though it wasn't working & was being rude about it. I kept my composure & asked, again, what can I do, but she made a face & looked down at her phone. All she had to do was be professional & direct me to call the 800 customer service number. Didn't want my review to be lengthy, but needed to put this out there because that short, chubby female was very disrespectful & going through her phone while me & the other employee asked her questions. Thank you to the tall, thin girl that day because you did try & do your job.

Go here often for many reasons. Upgrades, bill pay, etc. Brittany the store lead is awesome. Friendly, kind and even makes small talk and laughed at my d*** jokes. I'll keep going here. Thank you.
