They have excellent staff! Every time I have to check in, they make it easy and quick and are very helpful. Always ask if I need anything before I return to my room. It’s also a very convenient location.

I came back to this location because last time I was here Scott was amazing. He is very polite,kind,courteous and makes the experience great thanks Scott for making me and my family feel safe and welcome,it's like we are apart of the family highly recommend this place,and hope you all get Scott when you come through.

We booked a room online at a different hotel that ended in turning us away for their pet rules. We went to the Motel 6 that was right down the road. Scott checked us in with a welcoming attitude. Not only were the dogs ok, they stay for free! I mean what a different atmosphere than the place with higher ratings down the road. Scott gave us a suggestion for dinner, made sure we were happy with the room, and we were happy enoughwith ours, and he even brought some ice down for the dogs water!! Scott went the extra mile to make sure we felt welcomed after our embarrassing dismissal down the road..

This has been the most beautiful experience here. Friendly service and staff. An older Motel but with work it will get where it needs to be. Totally awesome experience. Good Job Linda and staff. Muchisimas Gracias a Todo.

My experience with motel 6 on north Elizabeth in Pueblo Co was pleasant the room was nice and Scott the employee that booked me the room was nice and friendly his customer skills were very professional and I noticed the property is a lot cleaner since he's been there we need more employees like him. Thank you Scott.

It stinks - decades of cigarettes. Hole in curtain. Ceiling coming down. Horrible maintenance. Not very clean. Couldn't get one more towel or pillow. No window screens - can't even air it out. Can't wait to leave. Stay ANYWHERE else.
Also, not a good neighborhood. Lots of scary looking people loitering around. Wish I had read the reviews before I booked.
Update: We checked put after a loud night of stereo blasting and horns honking outside. We lived through it with the help of a scented candle and an entire bottle of febreeze.
In hindsight, too be fair, I must add that the gal at the front desk was very nice... not her fault that the place needs to be bulldozed!
And the complimentary coffee is decent.
I notice that the motel's responses to complaints are consistent over many years, promising improvements and concern that clearly result in nothing.

Worst hotel ever. Do not stay here. Front desk clerk gave me a room with a known busted shower and bathroom flood. Transfered me to a different room, only to threaten to refuse service because I was dissatisfied with the first room. Get to the second room and it has a room with the second bed AGAINST the AC unit. I went to the front desk and was told to move the bed and all their rooms were like that. Negative stars

First I would start off and say the drug issue going around this place is outrageous you have people selling pills in the back of the facility and you also got people selling them out of there rooms I was not happy seeing loads of people coming and going out of room 249 and Franky I'm about to call the health department and have this place get shut down like the other place in Pueblo did

This place was a joke. Me and my family went to go to the room and as soon as we opened the door it smelt like mildew and cigarettes. As we went further in there was mold on the nightstand and significant water damage and the room was hot as hell. We called the front and he made it out as if it was no big deal and I was over reacting by asking for another room. After about 40 min he finally gave me one. That room had poop on the Curtains and the back of the bathroom door had screws hanging out the wall the room was hot as well so I asked for a refund so I could go to another motel and he refused. Don’t go there look at pictures for reference
Noteworthy details: Horrible room and staff. Mold in the room and water damage and the ac doesn’t work in few rooms

For what it is it's fine. If you're on a budget and don't care to look too closely at your neighbors or the surrounding area, it's just fine

Awful place with rude staff, no working air conditioners, exposed wiring, drug sales right out of the rooms and vagrants wandering all night. Never again. Sleeping in my car was better.
