I stay here almost every weekend due to my work. The staff here are wonderful to me. The front desk people, Linda, Stephanie, Leo, Maria are the most awesome people. The housekeeping and maintenance people have been nothing but wonderful to me. Any issues I've had were promptly taken care of. I have a choice of where I stay, it's economical and a clean place to stay.

Disgusting Motel. Wouldn’t. Stay there again even if it was free. If we didn’t have another 10hours of driving ahead of us we would have just turned around when we walked in the door. The back of the barheion door looked like it came from a junkyard. The bathroom faucet was loose and sprayed water everywhere. bathroom sink was cracked. The blankets had stains all over them. The floors were filthy. The door to the room didn’t seal properly and neither did the window so it was quite drafty. The vent to the heater looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year. The staff were friendly but didn’t really seem to care. I commented at checkout at how disgusting it was and the response was basically ‘ok thanks’The only positive things were that the beds were decently comfortable and it doesn’t appear to have bedbugs.Definitely a dump and in disrepair.Rooms: Disgusting and in disrepair.

My wife and I travel for employment and have stayed in motels for over 3 years and this is not a place I would NEVER recommend. On 11-27 we called the front desk at 4pm to notify them we needed a first floor room because Ive had a stroke this year and heart problems. At 6 pm we checked in at the front desk. At 605 we notified the front desk we had no heat in the room. We were told the only room they had open was on the first floor was the one we were given. So they told us they would get a space heater for the room. It was 14 degrees outside! We spent the night buried under blankets while running the shower to just keep the chill off . That resulted in the room being drenched in steam and soaked our clothing, and our personal blankets frozen to the floor and door frame as we had to cover a 1/4 inch gape between the door and its frame on the floor. So to say this is an abysmal hotel is a compliment. While the front end help are nice, management seems to not give a flying F about anything but the revenue. You can't go five rooms and find that all five have what the necessary MINIMUM basics to say it is complete, things like heat, shower heads that don't fall off, and doors thay dont look like the S.W.A.T. team went at it, the lock doesn't always lock, and most deadbolt locks dont have knobs to lock it with, ligjts that work and wont zap you when you turn them on. What truly aggravated me is the management rents these room KNOWING THE HEAT DOESNT WORK!! The space heater wasn't brought to our room because... The front desk needed it to"take the chill off", while blatantly disregarding anyone else who had no heat. I will sleep in my car on I-25 before I ever rent a room here again.Motel 6 pueblo, you are a black eye to this chain. Your motel should be shut down until the hotel is 100 % redone and any individual given managerial positions here should have been fired years ago. For crying out loud just read the reviews.Bluntly, y'all suck worse than theby the hour motels outside of Nashville, you should be ashamed.

Leo is amazing! And the new lady at the front desk (Ashley) is doing a great job. I couldn’t believe it when she said she was new.

All the hotels in the area are about the same rating so I picked budget. They've done a lot to improve the hotel with the new management and make it safe. The number and quality of the security cameras was very impressive. Full color cameras is a major selling point over the usual black and white, blurry images you see in most places where budget is one of the key factors. It is pet friendly and there were a few travelers with their dogs. There is a pool but I wasn't staying long enough to consider using it.It is located close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and other hotels. Conveniently situated, it is a good deal. The bed was comfortable and suitable for a brief stay.I was in an accessible room though I only needed any single room. Based on the information friends share about their accessibility needs, the bed might be too high for those who need lower accommodations. The placement at the stairwell meant that those who were smoking were drifting their smoke close enough to be drawn into the room when the door was opened or closed. Beyond that, the lack of carpet would favor wheel chair and walker needs. The majority of the other patrons appeared to be single men traveling or staying alone. There were many hanging about rather than heading directly to or from their rooms which meant they could observe all the other patrons. Overall, it just didn't feel as safe as I would have liked traveling as a single woman. I experienced no trouble at all and those that I spoke with were friendly. It's just something of which one should be aware when traveling alone, who else is around and their behavior.I would stay there again but I would ask for a different room location to balance the factors.Safety: Be aware that Pueblo has a high homeless and vagrant population. Every business does what it can to make the best of things but this hotel is in an area where you can expect to find a lot of folks living on the margins and doing their best. I experienced no issues but it is a reality of the area. Additionally, CDOC has an adult parole office next to the hotel which may have accounted for the great many single men staying at the hotel. There are plenty of security cameras of high quality and fences about the property to help ensure safety.

Needed a room last minute. Best thing I can is they had availability. However, that’s probably the only good thing I can say about it. They need to tear this place down. Room smelled like a moldy ashtray. Door frame to my room has clear signs of forced entry and they had no towels, no shampoo, just one bar of soap. To top it off when we came back from dinner there appeared to be a “lady of the night” waiting for her customers and several dealings throughout the evening. One of the hotel staff was talking to his buddies in a car blaring their bass and talking about when he gets his ankle monitor off. This was quite an experience. Oh, they have a pool too but it was like 3/4 full. Use at your own risk. Gross place.

DO NOT rent here. This is the absolute worst motel I have ever stayed in. Rooms should not be habitable. We rented 2 rooms and one reeked of cigarette smoke and had the smoke detector ripped off the ceiling. This Room hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in. In this same room there is nail polish smeared on things and something smeared on the wall that looks like it may be pen ink. The toilet in this room does not flush and overflowed when we tried to flush it. In the other room there was no A/C and the bathroom had an unfinished drywall ceiling. While I was down stairs talking to the front desk about these issues another guest in room 226 said he had bed bugs. Please save yourself the pain and just look elsewhere even if they are the only place with rooms.Update roughly 2 weeks laterIssue has not been resolved and corporate is blaming the motel and issue is not resolved. I reiterated my comment before DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Needed 2 rooms for 2 nights. We’re musicians that we’re passing through for shows. BED BUGS. They offer ZERO refund until terminex shows up and confirmed it’s contaminated. Had to fight and then wait for management to get refunded. No reimbursement given for all the laundry that we had to do.Then they left a town warning on our truck and trailer.

Pleasantly surprised actually. They don’t have a pilot car rate, which isn’t the worst. But the rooms are clean and they allow pets free. It’s not the nicest on the outside but the bed is soft, there’s a hardwood (fake) floor and the bathroom looks remodeled recently. AC works, its just noisy.
