Update: Someone moved out of a unit we are able to use and we started using it in August.We have been storing our boat here for 4 years. Earlier this year our rent went up $25. Without any communication they are building another unit directly in front of us and we were unable to get our boat out. The staff was unable to help us, but fortunately a kind gentleman from the business next door overheard our dilemma and offered assistance. We had to push our boat out by hand and turn it with a forklift (that he operated).So far they have not been helpful in finding other arrangements. We feel taken advantage of. We’ve paid an increased price for 3 months on a unit we can’t use. (This was our first visit to the unit this year). A little heads up to see if the new construction would be a hindrance should have been the first step. Now they are telling us any unit that could accommodate our boat is full and we may have to go elsewhere. I have offered several suggestions to solve the problem and have been met with resistance. They are more concerned about making money than taking care of current renters.*I’ll update if they are able to find a fix. I held off writing this review hoping they would make this right. Unfortunately they have not.

My camping trailer was stolen from their lot. I had a hitch lock and ball lock, so someone had to grind them off and no one seen anything. To make things worse there is no video of the theft. Kind of ridiculous when it’s so large. Not safe to store anything here.
