Came at 10:30 - sign in the window says "Be back at 11". So, I walk around for a while and pass back by at 10:55 - new sign in the window says "Be back at 11:30"Congrats. You lost business. And seeing that about 75% of the businesses around here are emptied out and closed, looks like you might be headed in the same direction.Hope the retirement accounts are enough to keep you floating.Since working people can't play the "guess when I'm open" game. This is why this city is dying.

Great service. Really friendly people. I was just looking for printer paper and it was close. Love that it's a family run business. Their selection of greeting cards looked really outstanding.

They had the paperwork I needed. A little hard to find if you aren't familiar with downtown Pueblo, but the woman there was very helpful and knew exactly where to find the docents I was looking for. (I also learned about a great resource for spaying/neutering pets!) A great recommendation from Unified Title.

So the store manager is extremely rude and unprofessional so is some of staff.. I went in today to utilize the FedEx shipping never had a problem I was shipping some bad Lifeline phones back and the worker told she couldn't do that then I asked for the manager she came up and treated me like I was d*** and just stared at me, I showed her previous receipts of me shipping phones back prior and she told she was writing up her staff because they were not suppose to do that... I said wow really where is it posted that you can only ship certain items? All I seen is it says this is a FEDEX shipping center, she couldn't answer me and said it was policy. I reported her to Corporate! Maybe that's why the store is closing unprofessional staff and managers... I don't want to give a star but it's making me post

Ridiculous wait time to ship a package. Only one station can ship so everybody else stands around while one person works.

Elaine is just the sweetest lady ever. I’m not sure what the person prior was referring to being overpriced, it’s convenience you are paying for copies and faxes, you can call ahead for pricing... Everything else I can say is really well priced. A huge selection of cards. Mine was only $3 which is a bargain for greeting cards. And some really cute confetti to throw in the card, was only 95 cents. And the customer service will leave you smiling. Support local businesses!

My questions about do it yourself divorce and do it yourself bankruptcy answered.So...they put a stop to do it yourself bankruptcy. Not a good idea. They should have left do it yourself bankruptcy for a simple bankruptcy available. When with property and stocks and bonds and kids and investments, yeah, it might need a lawyer. All don't.

Very, very bad service! Took forever to get waited on, while customers and employees carried on casual conversations while I stood in line. Won't go back. Cannot recommend.

I was in Pueblo on a business trip, and while walking along the downtown district I found this store to be both loaded with options but also able to satisfy any administrative needs.I met Elaine Vanotti, who seemingly runs the place, and she was helpful and kind. I enjoyed that Scott Office Products was an important place for her. She cared. And she was so nice to a first-time visitor from Boulder County.Greeting cards, office supplies, stationery, gifts, and other items all available.
