I had an appointment for 9:00 am today confirmed yesterday by phone. I show up 10 minutes early. After the receptionist hung up the phone, I was told I was 11 minutes late and I needed to reschedule. live an hour away, that is two hours out of my day and a missed appointment.Later, I receive a letter from my provider firing me as a patient because of, "Due to a breakdown in the doctor/patient relationship".I would give this office zero stars if the app allowed it.

Absolutely horrible place. They don't care about their patients. Won't return phone calls. Don't care that their negligence hurts their patients. There has been a few good Drs. But for the most part, this clinic is awful. If you care about your family members Do Not take them here.

Had Resident who would not converse about medical exam, condition, etc. Went down list like an Intern. When I hesitated to take systemic antifungals for toe crud since the med can affect the liver, he scoffed and said metformin can affect the kidneys.Uhm, that is actually ANOTHER reason NOT to do the antifungals. Add in my co-morbididities of age and Type II, and it seems silly to add additional risk for a cosmetic reason. No other reason to do so was presented.The call for followup on tests was a tech or PA and not a Doctor. They only spoke of the one time test without referencing trend over time.Followup was over a week after I was able to see them myself online. When I returned calls, the person was out and no one seemed to know why "S" called.I then noticed an appointment in 3 days I never made. I called the Ofc Mngr to express concern and request the Resident's Attending Physician call me, but that never happened. No one called back.When I refilled my metformin, the dosage was tripled from 725mg to 2000 mg a day for a slight (.7 above target) a1c increase. Online journal articles stated that up to 8 for seniors was not bad ( rather than 7). Some did have the lower value as well.My largest concern is the top-down approach without meaningful discussion. This reeks of an old style 1950's Imperial model of medical practice. Lack of historic test preparation for the blood test results seems odd. Trends are important in Type II and cholesterol care are they not?.In conservation, I would never do any work based on a one time level of selenium, sedimentation, etc. I'd look at trends and patterns. BTW, my a1c "bump" was from my most inactive 3 month period where I eat most of my carbs... the winter. Conversing would ferret this out.Sigghhhh...

Not really a place to go when you want a solution. Not a cover up. Getting one week supply of pain meds for my back is a struggle every time.. They dont tell you the things that will stop other services. Apprently a denist prescription is what is giving this dr a reason to take her time approving my refill. From November. nothing has really been done here for me. Expect more anxiety and pain . Good place for when you have nothing wrong and need your yearly checks. They ask more questions then give answers and solutions.

Thought I'd come air my grievances against this horrible place, but looks like most of it has been covered. Clearly they do NOT care about these reviews or their patients. Dr. Elliott was already my PCP prior to moving to this clinic, yet they treat me like a complete stranger. I have to APPLY to be accepted as a patient?? Excuse me?? They require you to sign your life away through 4 separate HIPAA forms before they will even discuss an appointment. I don't know who these people think they are, but I will never again darken their doors. It's a shame because I really did like Dr. Elliott. Maybe the labor pool in Pueblo is tight, but surely they could hire someone with at least a little common courtesy??

I have been a patient of Adult Medicine Clinic for maybe 5-7 years!! I have REALLY been impressed with my Dr.s and hate to see them (some) leave when they graduate!! I have always had my questions answered and have been happy with my care!

Most important is patient security, I was ordered 2 m,r,I, s without full understanding of what my insurance would cover, but thay knew. Each m,r,I cost me over $800. Thats $1600 of my money I don't have. I can not take this kind of hit. You have just lured me into something I may not be able to recover from. Knowing the financial part of health care is impossible. If I would have known Parkview was so money hungry that thay are willing to lure people to pay outrageous costs for scans and x rays. I would not have chosen Parkview for my care. I can no longer afford" even with insurance " to do anything to get a solid diagnosis. Its super heartbreaking this is what our medical system is doing. This is what I decided to do. I will die with an undiagnosed condition. No more doctors or prescriptions,I'm done!...

I have been a patient at this clinic for 7 years. The Drs have always been good and professional and caring. The front desk people are the worst..unprofessional oversized bafoons that are rude, condescending and lazy.I will never step foot in that clinic again, solely because of the treatment from the office help.

I have been a patient here for years and the care has always been inconsistent at best, but in the last month I have had to call weekly to receive updates on my care, been ignored, condescended to, and given false information regarding my care. They are unreliable and uncaring. Do not go here unless you have no other choice.
