This is an unfortunate situation wherein the South branch of PB&T Bank is currently staffed by seemingly unqualified individuals. With only 1-other customer in the bank I had to actually park my car to go into the bank to get my deposit receipt. Several groups of women were standing around talking, making untoward comments about my having to come into the bank for the receipt. Only 1-old woman was doing anything at all. All the rest were standing around laughing and chatting. The branch needs a new staff or someone to actually manage the employees. If this type of behavior is what is to be expected by allowing women to have access to more important positions, we are all in deep trouble. The first thing to go was, in this case, customer service. What will go next? UPDATE: I related the difficulties with this branch to Sarah Rhule...she had no reply to my comments.

The bank itself is ok, not unlike many others, not the customer service is hit and miss, some tellers are nice and do thier job well, others one in particular are very RUDE! If you go to the drive through they will ignore you, don't say hi, nothing. Very unhappy with the customer service.

The absolute worst bank ever. They treat you like a burden for being a customer. They will not take care of you and will be unnecessarily rude & make everything regarding your account stressful.
