Sept 12, I brought my kitten in because he was dying of what they might’ve thought was panleukopenia. If I had known what this disease was sooner and realized the symptoms he had a few days prior, I could’ve had a better chance saving him. I begged them to save my precious boy, but they told me he was pretty much gone and the only thing I could do was mercifully put him to sleep. Dr. Patti was compassionate enough to return from her lunch break early in attempts to save him. She made the process of helping my baby cross swiftly over the rainbow bridge. The vet office staff were incredibly gentle and empathetic through the process. I was extremely hurt that day, and even though putting my baby to sleep was not the outcome I had expected, I thank all of those staff who were there at 1:18 pm when my Geralt crossed the rainbow bridge and into Heaven with my nana and fur babies I’ve outlived. My heart will forever be broken, but I’m glad I went to this hospital. We did everything we could and that’s what I’m grateful for. Dr. Patti has been taking care of my family’s pets since I was a little one, even through helping them cross the rainbow bridge before I understood what it was. Thank you for showing me comfort through it all. I will never forget my last moments with my sweet, stinky boy. He meant the world to me. I will cherish this hospital for the way they help their clients through the harder side of furbabies.

i always love them so much they are the best with my dogs but they have one front desk lady who is not the friendliest and she never has been it’s really sad because i love the work they do and how they work with my dogs but she is always just on one and never in a good mood and just kinda rude and it doesn’t ever feel like a good environment when i am dealing with her. I love them but front desk person Denise has been making it a uncomfortable experience for me

This was the first time using this Vet with our new puppy and it was such a great experience! Everyone from the front desk to the vet techs were so kind and the vet was super nice and loving towards our puppy and was so patient while I asked a ton of questions, she’s very knowledgeable and made me and our puppy very comfortable! Our puppy didn’t even notice his vaccines, it was truly a perfect experience!

They were able to get my baby in right away and sutured up from a bite wound. I had never been here before, but that didn't matter. With how full all the vets are, this was a wonderful, anxiety reducing experience. I can't speak for my Oreo, but at least he's path to recovery! Thank you everyone at Pets and Friends! All of you ladies were incredibly kind and helpful!

I called and had to leave a message. All I wanted to know is if they were taking new patients. I called twice. Their message said they always check their messages often. It’s been over a week, and I haven’t heard anything. In my opinion, this is just RUDE. I needed my cat to be seen. Good thing I didn’t wait on Pets and friends. I will let everyone know my experience! I will not recommend this place.

They helped me so much with the process of putting down my cat and am very grateful for them I would recommend them to everyone and would go there in the future for future pets

Had to put down our dog due to old age, it was sudden and unexpected, the staff went beyond the call of duty to help us with the price and procedure, the Vet was wonderful, thank you for making a tough situation bareable and smooth
