“Sent a package from Pueblo West to Houston TX on 12/16/2022. It arrives in TX on 12/19/2022. A message said it was being returned because it had an incomplete address. Turns out I had put the complete and correct address on it after all. Lance and Jarod at the main post office in Pueblo on Fortino were instrumental in helping me find and get this package delivered. It took 33 DAYS!Kudos to our Pueblo employees! Shame on the Copperfield Annex employees who must be complete idiots.”

I don’t even leave reviews often but things went so much more smoothly than I thought they would so I definitely would recommend people in the Springs to come and get your passports here!”

“They do a Great job of keeping your mail organized for you here. Both me and my Grandmother have been going here for their excellent service experience since I was just a little girl.They are always nice to me and very polite towards my Grandmother which is why we both love this location.
