So I had an issue with my debit card this weekend, and there was suspected fraud. But it was actually a mix-up in billing address and shipping address and blah blah blah.... So anyway, there was a freeze put on my card, but then it was supposed to be taken off. Well, it never got off. So I spoke with Caitlyn today at PCU. And she was very sweet and very helpful, I guess there was a snapshot or screenshots for fraud. So the card ended up being frozen and can't be unfrozen. So she already ordered me a new card and Expedited the card. I just wanted you to know. She was very sweet and very helpful. And it seemed like she went above and beyond being helpful for me today!! ??

Horrible bank. Charges fees for everything. Don't investigate things and let's one transaction to the wrong account cause 3 different fees (totalling more than the payment). Obviously just a money hungry management team with no actual interest in helping customers. Would not recommend opening an account. You're money would be a lot safer elsewhere.

The bank as a whole is fine, but this branch is trash. 90% of the time the employee's are rude or don't care. Whenever you try to call sent stright to voice mail. I have to call Canon City or Pueblo West branch to get a hold of anyone.

Worst bank I've ever used in my life. Cannot mobile deposit checks ( they have the ability but it will always be declined because the image conversion always destroys the image making them completely unusable and therefore declines the check), unhelpful staff that always passes the buck to other departments who are neer there when you need them, unable to take rolled coins at the cashier forcing you to break them all open to use their processing machine that charges you to use it (which broke down while we were using it).To sum up if you are looking for a bank that will work with you... this is not the one.

Got a loan for my truck which was supposed to be a buisness loan. Even wrote it on my apllication. Got approved only later to find out they dont even do buisness stuff. Now i have to refinance the truck at another bank plus pay 600 to re register it under my buisness. On top of that this bank never answers their phone. Worst bank ive ever dealt with. Screwed me over on applying for a house cuz now my debt to income is to high because the truck shows under personal debt instead of buisness.

Have been a member here for 20+ years. As of late their way of banking is not user friendly anymore. Whoever decided to abandon the old online banking platform should be fired. This new platform adopted into the system has already delayed and sent my debits and credits into disarray. Now I have to go back and reschedule every bill that automatically comes out of my account.

Used to be a decent bank, with great customer service; now it's your typical bank with zero customer service or help. Wouldn't recommend this place currently to anyone.
