Dropped my truck off to have brakes,rotors and shocks replaced and they did awesome...what they quoted is what I paid. They ran into a little snag but did what they could to fix it without extra charges! My truck drives so much better. And it only took a day! Thank you! Extra special thanks to Jeremiah he's always so helpful, kind and tries to work with you as much as possible 😊

These guys are super honest and reasonable. They have a shuttle for those that dont have a ride and its so helpful. They've done my alignment and im going back next week for shock, rotors and brakes.

I called back months later to follow up on repairs that were done on my vehicle amd the gentleman Jeremiah remembered me by name. No only is this place courteous and professional, but they are highly skilled and of the few things they can't work on in their shop, they have very reputable recommendations for other shops. Please please use this shop for any and all your automotive needs, they earned it from me, thats for sure!

I had came in because brakes plus told me I had a bunch of things wrong with my vehicle and charged me over 3k in repairs, I came in and told Jeremiah what was wrong he made an appointment for me to come in, they were two weeks out which shows that they have loyal customers and as soon as I came which was 15 minutes before they open there was a TON of cars pulling up. They were super busy and he was so patient with me. I got my truck in they told me what was wrong with it and how much it was and not nearly all those things were wrong with it that brakes plus told me and it was way cheaper for repairs, anyways Jeremiah was amazing and I will never go to another mechanic store to fix my truck, I’ll give an update as soon as I get my truck fully fixed!

Two weeks ago we brought my Wife's vehicle in for struts and brake pads and today brought in my truck for front end alignment. Very well satisfied with their work. A solid 5 Stars

Great service, I’ve been taking my vehicle here for anything front end or alignment related for years. They recently did my tie rods and brakes and my vehicle is riding great now. Only complaint is the long wait times to get into the shop because they are always super busy. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I Recently Had a Brake Replacement on Front Brakes Rear Brakes and Alignment replaced rotors also was given a ride home while the work was being done on my truck and picked up great customer service and treated very professional would recommend Samm 7/15/24

This business is about the best I've ever been too! I was there on Tuesday to have some work done. I asked if they pumped something into the air because each employee is so kind and always with a smile. They offer a pickup service and distance is not a problem in any way. I live way out in the county and it was not an issue. Their prices are very good, they are honest and explain so it's easy to understand. I was told about this business by my tire person Sal who they all respect at Prigmore 's. Others I mentioned this business to had wonderful comments about Prigmore 's. I was informed that they have been in business since 1994 or 95, that says a lot in itself!
So if you're in need of breaks, or anything to do with your cars front end this is the place to go. Thank you to all the wonderful men at this business, and to all who read my review.
