DO NOT LET THIS SHOP TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!!! THEY WILL DAMAGE IT AND NOT PAY FOR THEIR SHOTTY WORKMANSHIP! The owner Doug is rude, and condescending and will tell you lies to appease you and then try and ignore you and not return tour calls when they damage your vehicle and don't want to pay for the repairs caused by their techs during the hail repair process. I now need a new headliner in my 2017 Volkswagen Passat, as well as a ton of other things that they damaged when repairing my hail damage. Doug will not talk to you in person after they are told by your insurance that they will not pay to fix the damage they caused. He will tell you he will fix everything and then rescind his word when he finds out how much it is going to cost. He then will threaten to sue you for slander if you say that you are going to write bad reviews! Overall a horrible experience and I regret going here and trusting them with my vehicle. Very shady business practices and even worse customer service they will blow you off and never return your phone call and even block your number at both their locations so you can't get through to anybody, ever! I will end up taking him to court to get him to repair the damage they caused!

To make a long story short I made a mistake by using Promaster for hail dent removal. I had two vehicles to repair. When I picked up the first one the first thing I was asked to do was to sign an acceptance of work paper before seeing the car. They also wanted a favorable review posted right then and there. When we got home and had a chance to really look the car over the work was unacceptable. I left a message / email with them and they never responded. There is no way I would bring the second vehicle to them for repairs. My insurance company told me I had to have Promaster make the unacceptable work right. I would rather pay out of pocket to fix it than have them touch it again. I wish I would have read the numerous poor reviews before using them. I don't recommend them!!

When I called to get an estimate, they told me they don't give hail estimates because the costumer cashes the check after the estimate. We as as a costumer,should have the option of an estimate, so we can choose where to take our car. We pay the money to the insurance, not you. I have always fixed my vehicles, but when your secretary told me this, it isn't a good image for your business,almost sounds like you want to upcharge the insurance, and leave the costumer out of the loop.

Steve is a poor manager the shop is ran terrible and he thinks it's OK to threaten you do not take your vehicle here do not let your insurance send your car there terrible shop terrible people terrible service

Thank you for reaching out. I have called the shop now to try and get ahold of the owner. I called about a week ago and they said they would pass along my information. Never the less the same outcome I got with the repair process no responses back. Not sure where the disconnect is here because the owner make you feel that the company and work is quality and they care for you but the team around I feel are just there to answer phones and hear you out and go about their day.

Highly recommend! Steve the shop manager is very friendly and his attention to detail is unmatched. You can tell he cares about his customers and is determined to get it right the first time. Communication on the progress of the work and the thoroughness was great! All this and the vehicle came out perfect. Will definitely be doing business with Pro Masters moving forward!

I had a great experience at ProMasters. They picked up my vehicle from Monument 60 miles from their shop. They kept me updated on the progress throughout the entire repair process and had my car finished earlier than originally predicted. Their staff bent over backward and provided excellent customer service. In addition, my car turned out great! Great body work!! All my airbags had deployed on impact and the interior was restored to brand new. A car accident is a harrowing experience and I was relieved ProMasters eased the burden. Thanks much. Tracy M.

Beware! Long read, but a good warning. I live in a small town 85 miles from Pueblo and went to Promasters to replace the rear fender, fix a scratch on the side, and repaint the tailgate on my Tacoma as we don't have many body shops with good reputations in our area. The scratch and tailgate were out of pocket and the fender was covered by insurance. I was quoted $500 for the out of pocket work. Promasters has a couple of reviews that gave me pause, particularly with the Better Business Bureau, but I got a good feel from them and the reviews were mostly good. After dropping the truck off they had it for nearly a month. They made a number of excuses about parts being hard to unbolt, and wrong parts being shipped, which I was always mellow about. When I went to pick up the truck I was informed that the $500 quote was only for the scratch on the side of the truck, and it would be another $600 to fix the tailgate. I have a written quote from their shop manager that has an annotation of him marking the $1100 price to fix both down to $500 since they would already have the paint mixed for the bed side. They refused to honor this and the shop manager would only talk to me through the lady at the front desk, not coming out to speak to me in person. In the end I talked them down to $400 for the scratch, which was more than I was planning for that, and my tailgate wasn't fixed. I then drove the hour and a half home and realized that they hadn't sprayed the bed liner back on the top of new fender, which I had specifically asked about over the phone a week before! I noticed this when I saw they replaced one of the topper bolts with a stripped out flat head screw rather than the original hex bolt. They just stuck the topper back on the truck, and I guess hoped I wouldn't notice. They seemed to be in a rush near the end as the insurance company was getting irritated about paying for my rental car so long. I called them back and they said to bring it back in Sunday (2/16/20) at 9:00 AM and they would fix the bed liner. They made the excuse that the tech who was working on the truck quite half way through the job and a new guy had to take over (not confidence inspiring). Yesterday morning I left my house at 7:00 AM and drove to their shop, arriving at 8:50. Sunday is my one day off. I waited in the parking lot until 9:50 and no one ever showed up, so I drove the hour and 40 minutes home and spent $35 in gas. Needless to say this has been a super frustrating experience and I cannot recommend Promasters. My truck is still not fixed properly after a month and hundreds of miles of travel.

The owner of this establishment, Doug is amazing and charismatic. Not only that but the double dent I had in my car door which I took to him for repairs, came out as if a brand new door. Highly recommend this place for any car dent damage. Also hail damage, which is how I initially became a customer of pro masters Auto hail & Collision repair.

Took my car to get hail damaged fixed in August 30, 2019 got it back September 24, 2019. They told me it wasn’t done they would call me in a few weeks to fix the final details and put on parts that were on back order. Didn’t hear from them so I called about 3 weeks ago, the representative that answered the phone took my info and said someone would get back to me right away to give me a date of when my parts would arrive, have yet to hear back from them.
