I recently started a HVAC company. I had several hurdles to jump through to make this happen. Several of these issues the credit union helped a lot with. Sunni Rae was awesome in assisting and getting me answers. When it came down to getting letters her and Chris were on top of it. I couldn't have asked for better service from these two. Starting a business is hard enough on your own, but to get this kind of service is awesome. Thank you all for everything you have helped with!!

I love this Credit Union. They are people orientated, friendly, and love their members. Since moving my financial needs, it has improved. I really enjoy the personal banking feel as well as the online options, which are very up to date in this virtual world.

I would give a Zero if it was available. The customer service is terrible, and if you ask for a manager they won't transfer the call. I spoke to a young lady that was very immature and unprofessional, I was shocked by the way she was handling my call. No respect what so ever , she acted like she didn't care, about anything. This reflects on the leadership, because when an employee feels that she has the freedom to treat customers however she feel like it, in a bad manner, and without fearing the consequence; then this becomes the result. Poor and bad customer service. I felt like i was speaking to an young teenager that always yells at her mom. Who would want to bank in a place like this? No one, it was shocking, cause i was just calling to make a payment.

Don’t do services with this company I changed insurance companies and updated everything and just because there company can not do there job they want to charge me for insurance which is illegal when I have provided proof of insurance. They have harassed me at work for the insurance and they can not seem to get there ducks together. They never even contacted my insurance company like they said they would. They are more interested in ripping people off.

It has been the worst experience. Changing my account and adding things I didn't need all because they can't check their email. Now they raised my payment double it was last month. Would not recommend can't wait to refinance my car to somewhere else.

I’ve been to several branches, but this one the most because it’s closest. They are helpful, their app allows for remote deposit, and the mutual service agreement with other credit unions has been extremely helpful. I don’t have the greatest credit and they gave me a decent size car loan and have been extremely flexible with payment due dates and whatnot due to covid. Beats any bank I’ve ever used by a significant amount.

Im very happy with Premier and the many options and ease of access to my online banking. When the merger 1st occurred there were some challenges but Premier was quick to respond to those concerns, address and remedy them. Great customer service as well!!

Honestly don't know why everyone gives this bank bad reviews. I have had nothing but great service from this bank. I originally joined this bank when I had my car loan through them before they even had a Pueblo location. I wished they would open here and was very pleased when they did. I switched all of my banking to here because I got tired of the bs at my other bank. Everyone here has been super helpful and nice to work with in person and online.

I wanted to open an account, I go by my legal middle name, but they insist the check be made payable to my first name...fine I'll go elsewhere...which I did, and I had no problems.

I would have gave zero stars if possible I've been banking here for 4 yes for my car loan I have never been late or missed payments and I just called them to see if they would finance me on another vehicle loan they couldn't do it and had no answer why I'm trading my vehicle in so I don't have to bank at a company with 2stars absolutely a joke ??

I wish I had a positive thing to say about this establishment, but I do not. I have been with them for years and have had nothing but negative experiences for the last three or so of those years. Customer service is absolutely horrible and it seems like it’s impossible to get anything done. I’ve submitted paperwork in regards to my auto loan and they have lost it not once, not twice, but three times. Despite this, I have been exceedingly patient. When they discovered that it was their own error, an apology was not forthcoming and instead I was met with condescension and derision. For me, that was the last signal I needed that it’s time to change financial institutions. I would not recommend this credit union to anyone.
