I have been using small animal clinic for years. They are attentive, caring Dr's. And I can't imagine taking any animal I have anywhere else..I highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff are all wonderful carrying thorough folks. All the Drs are too. Both of mine have had issues. 19 yo cat, Bob, and 1yo Betty White. They are both doing very ❤️ well ☺️

Unhelpful staff called in looking for service and was told “were full” and then was told by staff they had no information on where i could find services for my pet.People here don’t care about anyone but current clients and likely hold stigma against low SES individuals.Don’t waste your time trying to get animal care from this place.

I have taken all my animals here for forty years. When I called today was told they take walk-ins from 1:30-3:30. I arrived in their empty reception at 1:25 and was told there were 7 ahead of me and it would be a 3 hour wait. So how did that happen...I assume you can be put on a list but was never told that. The staff person I spoke with was repeating what the face behind the computer screen told her. They seemed uncaring. The earliest appointment available was the end of June. I don't know what's going on with this place but the service is terrible.

Such RUDE Font desk! They seem like heartless people, maybe a new career should be in your future. Such condescending people all of them ,except the Doctors. May I see a new Vet clinic in my future?!?!

Not a good place. The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. Will never return. Seems a shame. 1st time I took my cats in 2019 and 2020 they were nice and received excellent service. Over the past year they have gone down hill. I know...COVID....but you can still be polite. I may end up having to take my babies to a different city just to get good care. I cannot believe how rude and unhelpful they are there. Avoid if at all possible. Very slim options in Pueblo.

If I could give zero stars I would! Just like you people did to my cat when I took her in. Wouldn't even look at my cat, what the hell are we supposed to do,... just let her die? Very unprofessional place!

I had a really bad experience here. I found the people i spoke with very cruel and full of assumptions making communication not possible. Considering a gay couple suid over a wedding cake in CO i would suggest training regarding tolerance. I wish i could forget the experience along with the pain i felt went with it. Best regards i truely hope the ignorance and cruelness i felt was a one time thing and just an outlier.

Pueblo Small Animal Clinic... If we could give NO stars or even negative, black, stinking stars to them... it would still be too much. We were just numb yesterday from this. It happened so fast. After I let the vet clinic know on Monday, it's time to find a real vet clinic. We called when we realized something was drastically wrong at 4:22 pm and spent fifteen f****** minutes listening to how it's the end of their working day and we should go to urgent care. When I said my pet is sick and I'm calling MY veterinarian clinic for help, she put the manager on. Now the manager says oh we don't have a Dr and the one we have is in surgery. I believe that was a f****** lie or you'd think that would've been the first reason flung at you. Never...NEVER...in my entire life have I dealt with such coldness when it comes to animal health. A shout out to all the veterinarians in South Dakota that I dealt with...good people! Compassionate people! The vet there would come to your house..and cry with you when your pet died. Here it is so f****** cold. Urgent care will not see your dying pet unless you pay them an arm and a leg first. You will get turned away if not. We never want to go thru this horrid experience of...we can't help your pet because we're ending our working day...and it's Friday...and..and..and...fuck those people...

Very helpful! I was puppysitting for my daughter who was on her honeymoon. Leo needed a good grooming! I needed his shot record. Boom he is now a Super clean pup!
