Room was okay and clean. It's been upkept but by pretty unskilled (or maybe just sloppy) labor. Bed is firm.
My accessibility room was accessible for my level of mobility but I would be hesitant about a wheelchair. Curbs and main room okay but bathroom might be iffy. I didn't trust my safety to navigating into the tub for a shower.

I checked in at 11 pm, the gentleman greeted me with a pleasant smile and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was very clean and everything looked great. Simple morning breakfast with hard boiled eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, toast, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. All in all it was an excellent stay.

Yikes. Found 4 bugs in 25 minutes. Futon like bed. Bottom of bathroom door and dresser looked like they had been eaten away by something. We did not use the shower. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

1st off book room for 4people 2 adults 2 children and only get 3 towels go down and ask the lady at the front desk just to be told she doesn't have access to the laundry room. Rooms were dirty. And get a coffee pot but can't make coffee in it , so go down to tell front desk for him to say yeah people throw them away. Wow .... Never again

I accidentally left a small bag of items in the room and called them about it. They not only had my belongings due to a fantastic cleaning lady turning them in but they also mailed my items to me!

This place is fine if you are expecting the absolute least from a hotel ! Homeless walk around constantly, stray cats litter the property , the pool is constantly getting closed … Bedroom doors stick , delt with bed bugs .I once greeted another guest and had to warn her about the mice surrounding her car ..The breakfast is hard boiled eggs and make your own waffles, but they at least also offer toast and cereal …

They have stray cats everywhere, bird nests on most of the lights, bird crap all over the walls and sidewalk, mice, and to put the cherry on top they have bed bugs. If your looking for a motel to get sick at and probably get stabbed by a homeless person this is your motel if I could rate this negative stars I would.

Unsafe and dingy. Take note of the bad smell as you walk into the lobby and that says enough about the rest of the place. Front desk person was friendly and accommodating.

We booked this place because it is close to our daughter's house. The service has been as expected. The room is less than expected from the Wyndham brand. There are places where the paint is pealed off. Most of the plugs are loose, and a couple don't work. There are two what appear to be bullet holes in the shutters. The security lock is broken. Lighting is a personal preference. For me, it's on the dark side. Otherwise, it's OK. The bed is comfortable. The shower pressure and temperature are good. The heat/ac has been comfortable.

Desk clerk completely unprofessional. Made reservations for a bottom floor because of having bad knees and a service dog. But just blew me off from the begging. Would not recommend. If you have Service or any type of leg disabilities.

Very clean and comfortable even though it’s next to the inner state it’s very quiet and peaceful.
