Red Wings is GREAT!
I came in to get fitted by Seth, a friendly, lanky fella like me who had the same problem: he needed some boots to fix his feet---and he is not just a miracle worker---he is a client, too!
He showed me the tricks and tips to get some relief, and I got myself the 4200 Series boot with the fixin's!
I even walked in there looking like a ruffian/punk rocker/metal head and he was nice as anyone---and we even did the foot scans/3-D Modelling and Footstep Analysis Plate which seems to have changed the Footwear Game.
Glad to have gone in.
Seth is great and I would recommend.

My salesperson was Seth. My visit was great, Seth made me feel right at home immediately and took me right into scanning and measuring. He helped me understand the results of the scans and measurements and guided me thru selecting the right shoes. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My Redwing experience was pleasant and I took home shoes that fit right!!

Selection is very small. There's no women's section and they don't carry men's small sizes. Salesman was nice, but clueless about men vs women sizing.
