The WORST pedicure I’ve ever had.
The girl either didn’t know what she was doing- or didn’t care- literally lasted 15 minutes- she only focused on one leg/foot. Polish is lumpy, AND she had a dog in there. I know for a fact that is against DORA as I am a hairstylist myself.
To make it worse, I didn’t say much because they had other clients and didn’t want to cause a scene, but, when I paid it was cash- and I was supposed to get 5 back/ the OWNER took my money and said thanks- walked away- then I saw him give her the $5 in tip. I was NOT GOING TO TIP, it was that bad- not my nature not to tip.
I called asked for an owner- explained the situation, not an apology nothing, just a ‘can you hang on’ then put me on hold, came back and hung up on me.
So- I will be calling and reporting to Dora.
No one does anything to make things right, and I did my best to stay calm/ professional/ and pleasant for all of their other clients.
No wonder people become karens

Out standing I'm so mad that I paid all that money last week and for what ! Grrrr today was half the price I paid and way better well I know we're going for know on!!! Love The environment the people hell the nails. Everything hands down. Regal nails. Amazing people. Prices environment. They didn't sit there and ignore me the whole time like the other place did and charge me an arm and a leg with my nails half done LOL not funny

If I could do zero starts I absolutely would. My sister came here for birthday nails and request medium length nails and just a pink base. Not only did the guy screw up the nails she requested leaving her with short nude-ish nails. But he was rough with his technique and cut her fingers up. Aggressive as hell with the filling and has left her fingers bleeding. This place is ABSOLUTE TRASH TRASH TRASH. She left crying. Took her straight to another salon who agreed the quality was not good and did what they could to help with her cut up fingers. DO NOT COME HERE

Nikki cut me yesterday doing a pedicure. She wasn't the least bit concerned. Had to go to emergency room the next day. Cut was infected. The cut wasn't close to the nail. Barbaric!!

I went as a walk in Bob was his name had me wait until he was finished with a couple ladies on pedicures so I waited patiently then he started doing my nails was working very fast and being rough , a lady walked in so I knew he had an appt as he worked on my nails he kept telling her he’ll be with her shortly she had attitude so he was rushing and they came out like shit he shouldn’t of took me if he had an appointment but telling me to make appointment next time lol but u take walks in I won’t be back, nails are expensive I thought I’d give Walmart a try guess I was wrong very disappointed ☹️ I work I don’t have time to go back and forth to fix them.

I'm giving a 1 rating because of the way Bob treated my daughter. We went in on a trop through Pueblo to get our nails done. Bob was not attentive. She was getting a manicure and color. They didn't have the color she wanted so had to pick another. He didn't due a proper manicure. He was rough with her wrists. The polish was applied over her cuticles so they stated lifting that night. Since it was on Saturday and they aren't open on Sunday we could not go back. We had to go home (4hrs] away so she took pictures and called on Wednesday. Bob told her it was because of the oils on her nails. If he performed a poper manicure the oils her used would of been wiped off correct. He said she could come in today to get it fixed. We'll that's not an option as we do not live in Pueblo. She asked for some compensation for the unsatisfactory results. Bob said no, because it's her bodies fault. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE, DO NOT GO TO BOB. HAVE DERRICK DO YOUR NAILS INSTEAD HE'S EXCELLENT!

I went here to get a gel polish manicure. I was visiting from out of town and had heard good things about this place. I was charged $45 for the manicure which I didn’t think was a bad price.
1) The guy (Bob) doing my nails was very aggressive with my nails and arm. My arm was sore by the end of the appointment. Instead of asking me or telling to move my arm a certain way he would just pull it to were he wanted it.
2) They didn’t have the color I originally picked out and was very impatient while I picked a new color (this only took me about a minute as had a few colors in mind already).
3) The polish on my pinky nail came off that night when I was washing my hands (I didn’t not scrub them hard at all) I could not go get this nail fixed as they were closed the next day (Sunday) and I left to go back home on Monday (4 hours away)
4) Within 2 days of getting them done 3 more nails had the polish start coming off.
When I called them to explain what was happening with my nails and let them know I was very disappointed and would like a refund/partial refund I was very disappointed and disrespected in their response. They first told me I was calling the wrong nail salon. When I confirmed their address I told them I was calling the right location. He then hung up. When I called back he said it was the chemicals on my nails that my body produced is why the polish was not sticking. I have gotten my nails done many times before and never had this problem.
His final solution was that I could come in tomorrow to get one nail fixed, but if I wanted them to fix more than one nail I would have to pay for a full set again. When I told him that did not work because I lived several hours away he said “sounds like your problem” and hung up. I have tried to call back several times and have not got any answer.

I went to this salon in march to get a full set put on they charged extra to shape and clip down my nails so I just went with the flow well now I’m losing my nail on my right index finger I don’t recommend them at all I’m not even sure that man had a license I’ve gotten my nails done for years and this has never happened I’m so upset and annoyed that I’m going though all this

Derek at the Southside Walmart is amazing. I have found my go to spot and nail technician. Derek took the time to listen to my nail goals and confirmed what I was asking for would give me the results I am looking for. He also took his time to make sure to capture the shape and style I wanted. He is friendly and personable and very professional. So glad I gave this place a try.
