Tracy Bastian is amazing. Helped us find a dream home at a dream price way faster than I would've thought. Was fun to tour houses with, always answered the phone or text messages. Even with the smallest questions.

Ariel helped us all throughout the process of selling our home. She went above and beyond several times. Although the process took a while due to the market, she was patient and did as much work as possible to make sure we got sold as swiftly as possible.

Toby Villanueva goes above and beyond for you. He helped me both sell a home and helped me when I bought a home. He is there every step of the way. Any questions or concerns I had, he was there. I highly, highly recommend Toby and Rocky Mountain realty.
