I needed O2 while recovering from surgery. The hospital contacted Roth Medical who then called me and arranged to have the equipment dropped off. The person who dropped off my equipment was punctual and polite, great experience. Getting them to come pick up their equipment however has been a nightmare. I've been trying to get them to retreive their stuff for three weeks. They tell me when a driver will be at my apartment and then nothing. Last week the driver left a notice on my door letting me know he was there but I was sitting three feet from the door and he didn't knock. If he had I would have heard it. I'm pretty sure I even heard him putting the notice on my door. I don't know why he wouldn't knock, it makes no sense, I don't believe there would be any reason to lie about it but I would have heard it if he had. Today was the same thing, I'm waiting up for him (don't know if it was the same guy or not) and and hour and a half after he was supposed to show up I called him. He said he had already been by but I explained I would have heard him. There was no notice on my door this time either so I'm thinking maybe it's a different driver that went to the wrong door. Either way, I have explained multiple times that I work nights and I'm missing hours of sleep waiting for these guys and now I'm going to bed 2 hours late and I have to get up an hour early to get this stuff out of my house. Absolutely unacceptable.

These gentlemen are the best! Robert is great at taking care of all my home equipment. He has no problem coming in the late afternoon for me. Joseph, in the office, takes care of scheduling and any equipment related issues. Anthony takes care of making sure you have the right and best machines available. You can also stop the local address and they'll change out or refill your empty tanks. I highly recommend Roth to anyone looking for a new provider. You don't forget the names of the good people ?

I was prescribed oxygen today through Roth Medical.Roth medical sent out an amazing guy to deliver and get us set up.Alex was his name and Alex went above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly what was going on ..Alex left us knowing what to do and how to manage our equipment extremely well...Thank u so much Alex,u do your job and u do it well..
