Took my Kubota tracked unit in to them to consign, bought a new unit. Dealt with Jason. They sold my unit and took care of the financial side like a professional dealership should. Highly recommended. Will for sure deal with them in the future my new equipment needs as well.

Great experience here came with a trailer wiring issues these guys jumped up to help. Guy came right out and got to work and didn’t charge me for the quick fix! That’s what you call customer service! Thanks fellas I would recommend these guys anyday.

Purchased a 2019 L4701 Kabota tractor form Rusler Implement. Jason Ward was the sales person and he treated us very well and answered all our questions. Frank one of their mechanics brought the tractor to us and was more than helpful in answering questions we forgot to ask Jason. I would recommend Rustler Implement and their sales,service and parts to anyone in the area.

My grandpa Bill Miller bought a brand new kubota tractor from Rusler. I was told when it has 50 hours on it to bring it back for an oil change. I assumed it was free as it’s the first time I’ve brought it in since I purchased it. Came out with a bill of $565 for an oil change. I definitely recommend elsewhere for equipment purchases and service on your machinery. Never returning to them for business. Have you ever heard of anyone charging a person that kind of money to change the oil and a filter? RidiculousUpdate: Rusler reimbursed him for the oil change. Glad they handled it professionally, but should definitely be clear about the ins and outs of the first service they recommend when selling equipment. Thank you fellas.
