You mean to tell me that Deli lady really handpicked this chicken leg to go with my eight piece. I mean this thing so tiny I don't get why you guys just wouldn't throw it away much less actually serve it to somebody and charge them for it. I guess I need to watch what they're grabbing so I can call them out on it next time. Like "how would you like if I grabbed that for you!?"

This place generally has everything we need. The majority of the employees are awesome. They recently started stocking delicious mushrooms. Phillips gourmet. Oyster and miatake hopefully they don't stop. I bought a bunch Saturday came back Monday and gone.

I’ve done online pick up here once a week for almost a year. Their top management really cares about the customer. Any times I’ve had issues or requests I’ve called and they almost always sort out in a prompt, respectful and diligent way. No pick up service is perfect, but compared to King Soopers, Walmart & Sprouts it’s the best. Also have made orders ready earlier or texted with me to get the best subscription in the app. Really recommend.

Every time I come into this store, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Coming from the "big city" it really means the world when you are greeted with help and a smile! Today Margaret from self-checking was absolutely lovely. She informed me about the app and some discounts (looking out for the customer) and was an absolute gem to be around. So helpful and polite! Thank you to employees like Margaret for making this shopper come back time and time again!

Once again, I went to get sale price on hams and they were priced at 1.99. And rang up at 1.99 when I checked out. They were on sale for 1.27. The safeway employee was very nice and took care of it right away. However the people in line were not so understanding. I don't understand why this continues happen. Actually I do. Ur just as bad as the thieves running out of ur store.

It's great to be able to just pick up your food. This trip I did have to go inside. I was going to get an injection. However they only do it by appointment on Sundays! So I waited in line for a very long time. Then I saw another person behind the counter and asked her questions. I admit I was upset because I was standing for a very long time. The girl seemed to know that I was upset. She was so very kind that she made me feel like I mattered as a customer. I don't smile much anymore but she had me smiling from ear to ear. Thank you Safeway for well trained people! Also there premade foods are great!
