This was my 1st visit to Safeway in about 1yr and I've never been treated so well!Everyone was so friendly and helpful it was a great experience that I had!I'm very much thinking about starting to shop here instead of Walmart y'all have everything I shopped for in stock and that made my day.Thank you Safeway you're the best!

This location never has more than one cashier working. I have been standing in line for over ten minutes, the line is snaking around the store, and I am still nowhere near close to checking out. This store is clearly very poorly managed. My business will be going to King Soopers from here on out.

One gets the impression that folks come here to shop because they love this place and the people who work in it. From the cart lady giving out shiny smiles and friendly greetings onward, they go out of their way to make sure you leave feeling ready for the rest of your day.

Does the customer service department exist?! Do they have set hours?! Or do they just come and go as they please? Showed up before 6pm because I was told thats when they close, only to get there and have NO one at customer service, found another employee wondering around and asked, there relply ?! They probably left already?! So when would be a good time for them??

Buyer beware. Pay attention to your receipt, because even though you may enter your phone number and download the coupon from the application, sometimes the advertised sale price isn’t deducted. Today the store had several displays of Oreo cookies in front of the registers. Price said $1.97, limit 2. The application didn’t have such a coupon but I did enter my phone number. I was still over charged $2.00 for both. After waiting for over 5 minutes at the service desk with no help around, I attempted to call twice and no one picked up. At that point I walked over to the register and asked a very rude lady named Margaret if someone was working the service desk, she looked at me and rolled her eyes and said she was, but at the moment she was cashiering. So I told her ok I would wait, she then told me she didn’t know how long she would be and asked me what did I need. I told her I was overcharged for the Oreo cookies. She said she didn’t know what to tell me because at the moment she was busy. Very rude. I then saw her walk over to the displays and ripped off the sale price tickets off every display in a very mad manner. I later found out by another gentleman that she was actually a manager. As to how, i am surprised. Very rude lady. Definitely needs to be retrained or talked to be her higher up. This lady needs to learn to smile more and roll her eyes less ??

I went to pick up a script with the good rx. The lady put in the wrong code charges me 31$ when it was supposed to be 18$. I retrieved my phone from my car and tried to show the pharmacy. She was rude and snotty. Refused to resubmit the coupon and even the manager refused to help. I called good rx they said she was wrong but after talking to the lady they called back and said she did put I. A coupon but not the right one but I'm out 15 extra dollars. I begged for them to refund me so I could feed my kids they still refused! They r not there to help just argue that they re right and they do NOT care about the customer or their needs!!!

SAFEWAY...NORTHERN AVE. PUEBLO...I bought this bacon at SAFEWAY. I cooked my kids breakfast and noticed a really bad and sour taste. The bacon was molded on the back where the packaging was. The head clerk YVONNE WAS RUDE.. at the customer service desk. I noticed this same clerk at the service desk being extremely rude to another customer a couple weeks ago. I did get a refund because I had my receipt. YVONNE told me I need to cook it with in 2 days of purchase and I told her to look at my receipt...I just purchased it. The seal was broken and I went back to the meat department and asked if he could mark it down . Otherwise, I would of purchased at full price. When I got home and cooked it I noticed the mold. YVONNE kept talking over me when I was trying to tell her this. Very rude.
