Getting gas here is an unorganized disaster when it is busy. They allow cars to pull in any direction they want. Terribly frustrating. Avoid if possible.

All Sam's club is it is an extension of Walmart except I'm being charged to come and shop and buy in bulk items that are outdated or they have been sitting in a cargo hold on a ship for months and months no I think I'll pass.

I went to Sam’s yes afternoon 12/5, I came out and it was dark. I wasn’t in there more then 20 minutes as I know there’s so many things going around about people marking woman’s car if they see a women going in a place alone. I came out and I hear a hissing noise. I stop and look and see someone purposely put a screw in my tire. Manager Yvette was up front with cart guys Brett, William, and Corey. All 4 were extremely helpful, Yvette went to see if someone could change it but they weren’t able to do the cart guys walked me out to my car stayed with me while I put my groceries away and changed my tire and made sure I got in my car safely. These 4 employees are amazing and I truly appreciate their help and everything they did for me yesterday!!!

Had my TPMS light come on, the dealer said they were out of stock for a month or two. Sam's installed a sensor, the tech was great, checking charts for torque and pressure. Quick and reasonable. Thanks to Jacob the tech and Dan the manager.

I'm more brain dead for shopping here today. When a corporation can't supply enough workers to make things go smoothly for the customer, knowing it's pretty much their only job, a big fail is should be printed on the manager's evaluation. You have 10 self check outs and nobody to verify ID's for alcohol. But you have a ton of employees walking by, nonchalantly to the snack bar?! For f sake! Get on the horn and announce people need help instead of letting them wait! Time stamp 5pm on 3-14-22 if you need to pull someone's head out their arse. Also, if you need a productivity flow chart, including employee responsibilities, hit me up. Getting a good pizza saved your from one star.

FANTASTIC customer service as always..!!! Very well organized and clean establishment. Store Manager Alvin somehow finds "very good quality employees" that no one else in town seems to be able to hire. Alvin and Garrett are employees I would love to hire.!!! But I promise not to try to steal your treasures..!!!

I love to shop at Sam's club and do pretty much weekly. You have great staff, very helpful . we like to go in sometimes , get some lunch then shop or vice versa but you've made that are unfriendly for your customers that like to do that by taking out the tables to sit and eat at. Very inconvenient. Didn't know the tables were going be until today. Didn't notice they were gone until after ordering the food. Couldn't stay to shop as we had to go to the car to eat and I wasn't going back in. Please think about your customers!!

To me Sam's Club wants to be Costco and just isn't. That isn't to say it doesn't have some good stuff and amazing deals! I really like getting laundry detergent, cleaning stuff, pop, coffee and snacks here. Their meat selection is OK. It seems like sometimes it is amazing and other times I can't even find bacon. I actually love their app that lets you scan as you go and then you just pay when done and can walk to the checkers at the door - super convenient. It is always crazy busy, but they do keep the lines short. Lots of deals to be had at Sam's!

Well I ordered on line 3 days ago. And couldn't even go in and get it. Well by the time I might have possibly been able to do it, and this was because of them, not me and I realize there are a lot of people ordering, I only had one item left. What the hell. I'm almost 70, diabetic. Don't want to go out shopping. When I ordered I think it should have been taken off the shelf for ME.
