The response from Allstate was very quick. I liked that.The dealership that I thought would handle my case was very diplomatic every time I dealt with them during the time they were supposed to be repairing my motorcycle, but they were painfully slow. They definitely overcharge on hourly shop fees. I will avoid them from now on.Allstate, you get an A+ for swiftly responding after every communication we had.The dealership gets an F for charging so much for so little, and taking for ever to do it.

The agency is very professional and was a big help since coming from Farmers insurance the jesse dryer agency. They have provided an excellent service and I feel welcomed to Allstate. Thank you for all the help and guidance in getting the policy for my auto, home, and motorcycle.

These ladies are the worst. They don’t help you when you need service. They only care about new business and getting our money but when it comes down to a claim or even just FIXING my rate that was increased due to an error on their part, they don’t help! I had to call the 800 number to get it fixed because nobody would call me back or email me back. Whenever I actually got ahold of people in the office they would take my information for a “callback” that never came! DO NOT waste your time or money here! Just awful

Had an amazing experience after searching for cheap insurance all day, just purchased a new vehicle and wanted to make sure the insurance i had for it made me feel comfortable in case of the worst case possible. After talking to Britiany for only 5 minutes, she was able to answer all of my questions quote me for free and even give me a discount for bundling my home as well! 5 stars and 10 out of 10! I will definitely be telling my friends to go and get their insurance through all state after the experience I received!

03/08/2022. The owner Sandy, interrupted my phone call conversation and told me information I had not requested and before I was able to ask my "question".I cancelled my Allstate policies and got equivalent insurance with another Agency, not Allstate.03/14/82022. I am transferring my Home/Property Insurance for my "other home" from Allstate. I sent 3 email message with NO Reply.

Update: I have spoken Sandy herself. She has made right in the issue, acknowledged that it is not the best policy but she has made it right this time around, apologized for the issues and honestly felt genuinely concerned and frustrated with me. I appreciate Sandy helping. I don’t like that it had to take the amount of time it did but I understand she is one person. Based on my interaction with Sandy I am changing my review. I am leaving the initial comments for other to see a potential issue but have updated my score._____________________________I hate leaving bad reviews, and only do so after I have given the company an opportunity to help.I paid my policy in full in order to receive a discount. Afterwards I received a new bill which I was told was because I paid with a credit card instead of a bank and my policy has been changed. I asked if there was an exception that could be made cause I had no idea about this and was told no. I asked if they could reverse my payment so I could repay with a bank account. They said no because it was more than 24 hours. Well of course it was more than 24 hours. I paid you a month ago over $1,000 and assumed my account was good only to find out you mailed me a bill a month later.At this point it is in principal. I could pay this new bill and go about life but I feel like something could be done for a customer that consistently pays their bill in full, not dealing with month to month. Why would this company not want customers who pay in full and in advance via penalizing us. This is nonsense and unfortunately this agency will lose a customer because they can’t just give the benefit of doubt to a customer who pays on time and in advance.

This branch loves to call people who are not their customers and harass them. If you tell them to lose your number they will keep calling and harassing you!
