Overall, my experience at SCC was excellent. Dr. Elijah was engaging and listened intently to my concerns. The nurse was great as well.

The southern colorado Clinic office of physical therapy is outstanding. Liz and Shannon are absolutely fabulous and are great with their patients and customers. I highly recommend if you need physical therapy to use their office.

Dr. Nallagowda is kind and listens to you and never makes you feel rushed. He has several methods to help with your pain issues. I have been going to him for years and I can say I have no complaints about this smart young man.

Always like this place. Staff is nice. The doctor is great. Location little far away for me but better than when I lived in Arizona.It's important to note that there are multiple Southern Colorado clinics.There are three of them located over by my cardiologist just off of Parker blvd.I went there a couple times by accident and was treated horribly by the staff. So just note which Southern Colorado clinic you're at..The one office that does drug testing the person there is absolutely horrendous and should be fired. I've run into her twice and at that location and was appalled by the nasty behavior.The Southern Colorado clinic that I'm reviewing is off of Burlington Drive.Dr Simerville's office is perfect. The people there treat everyone very well, they're very nice, and accommodating. The medical staff are professional and treat you with respect and seriously care about your well-being.

I LOVE the Peds side. All of the staff from the NPs to the MAs to the receptionist are just wonderful. I was a hospital Peds nurse for 5 years and am a family nurse practitioner now myself so I am extremely picky about my daughter's care, and I am very happy to have gone with this practice for our baby girl.

Southern Colorado Clinic operates exactly the way I would expect a medical practice to operate. The people are friendly, professional and respectful of patient's time. Dr. Vialpando is particularly good at all aspects of health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.

Dr Rochelle Elijah in Family Practice is amazing. She’s the most attentive, thorough Dr I have ever had. You wait less than 5 min in the waiting room also.

Horrible practice,gaslights patients,does not listens,you drug test and wait another month just for none of them to get prior records,pain management what a joke absolutely worse place I have ever gone,judgemental and refuse to help you regain a quality of life,I have eplipsey.The NP tried to give me a drug that triggers eplipsey,because it's non addictive.A doctor that has bothered to gather records or even listen to the patient would have realized the drugs an epileptic patient could and could not take.I value my life and this np could've taken my life if I didn't know better.

I am going to be honest: it’s hard to find a good medical practitioner here. I first went to Dr. Elijah, she is in the exam room for literally no more than forty seconds—She typically leaves the room and I am looking around like “wait what just happened? Are we finished here?” She’s never clear and I feel she can careless about her patients, so I started to see Brandy Trujillo who is amazing but then she switched to another office—I was certain I didn’t want to go back to Dr. Elijah, so I switched to Hannah Schmidt … it was like literally jumping out of the pan into the fire—she’s worse … not pleased with her medical help, at all!On the plus side, Southern Colorado Clinic gets you in a timely manner for an appointment … they don’t make you wait weeks.I heard Brandy is back, so I will be switching again!Good luck finding decent medical help here … well unless it’s brandy, who I highly recommend!

I had one of the better appointments than ever before. I'm a new patient and was impressed by the effort to get my medical records and to think about continued treatment as well as explaining why a medication is warranted, how it works and side effects to watch for. Probably one of the doctors I've had. One of the best.

Dr Vialpando and his staff are caring and take such good care of us. It's hard to find a medical staff that checks all the boxes nowadays, we finally have found the right fit for our family. We are so grateful!

Been number one on hold for 10 minutes all because you don’t want to answer the phone at the end of the day. This is ridiculous, customer service doesn’t resonate here. I just need to schedule an appointment for next week but can’t because your front desk staff is too lazy to answer the phone last 15 minutes. Do you think they would be upset if they cut 15 minutes off their paycheck every day? Just let it ring until the days over great method of doing business. Says they are open until 5 but to them it means 4:45, don’t call after 4:30 you’ll just be caller number 1 for 30 minutes until the prompt that they are closed tells you to call back at normal operating hours or 911 for emergencies. If Lisa Clough wasn’t at Southern Colorado Clinic I definitely wouldn’t be, customer service is horrible. Please stop hiring lazy people. Thank you that’s all.

They’ve earned a 2022 best of Pueblo award for a reason. Dr. fields and his staff take the best care of me and mine. From billing staff and front desk staff to the doctor himself and his support staff both here and at urgent care that take vitals, refill prescriptions, manage communications, administer meds in office, and more, everyone leaves me feeling cared for, heard, seen, respected.

Dr. Carla Paredes Diaz, has always been super friendly, patience, caring, loving and professional. She's so sweet to my children and we all love her! God bless her, we need more doctors like her!❤
