We had such a great car buying experience compared to our last experience with Honda. Our salesperson, Heaven, was very eager and helpful. She had amazing response times and treated us great! Buying a car is always a long process but Heaven honestly made it so much easier for us. I definitely recommend Alpine Ford and Heaven!

Had the most incredible experience at Alpine Ford. We are from Peyton and have a 4 year old. It can be a process getting cars. Terry Albrecht was just one of the kindest guys...car salesman I've met. Made it easy on us. Felt comfortable, and well taken care of. They made this such a great time for us as a family. My daughter had snacks and chalk to draw. Just very happy with our car and everything Terry made happen!!

Thank you so much Alpine Ford!! And special thanked to my sales person, Amanda and my finance person, Joey!! You both were so helpful in guiding me through the whole process. This is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle without leaving my house!! It was quick and easy. Amanda patiently answered all of our questions with videos sent to my phone. Joey managed to find me a good interest rate and guided me through the signing of all of the paperwork! Huge thank you to you both!!! I love my new truck!! Our rear passenger tire picked up a large piece of metal on our way from Trinidad, CO to Pueblo. We called Alpine Ford in Pueblo to see if they could order tires and fit us into their schedule if we could get the car towed to their location. Service advisor, Ken, assured us they would be ready to help when we got there. After having difficulties obtaining roadside assistance from two providers, we asked Ken if he could recommend a towing service provider, which he did. The tow truck delivered us and our car to Alpine Ford where Ken was waiting to greet us. He immediately helped load our luggage into a vehicle and drove us to our hotel. The next morning Jimmy picked us up and took us back to Alpine. The new tires were mounted and our car was ready to go shortly thereafter.We frequently travel around the country and are grateful knowing there are people like Ken who are not only willing to help when needed, but also go above and beyond. We offer our sincere thanks to Ken, Jimmy and, of course, the shop crew at Alpine Ford for a much appreciated job well done!

Went in Alpine Ford of Pueblo this morning and met General manager Shawn, WHAT A PLEASURE. He made me feel appreciated as a customer. What a great crew he has. Steven Constable has given me the Best customer service, any problems I have he has taken care of them immediately and he knows how to communicate with customers well. Erica C made my morning by picking me up and taking me to the shop, very nice. JJ service manager was very helpful as was Amanda. I plan on doing all my Ford business at this store!!!!!!!!customer service. Any problems I have he addresses and takes care of

Preorder arrived missing options, with their new 'PDI' fee it was STILL more than originally ordered! Alpine didn't honor the 'locked in' MSRP or waive the extra fee they only mentioned after being told the financing would not be done there... And their RATE was more than DOUBLE the credit union's.... The sales price isn't the only way a dealer profits, do your research before you buy or finance anything here! This dealer only seems to care about short term profit however they can make it, with utter disregard or even contempt for their own advertising and Ford's reputation.If you must preorder here, get EVERYTHING in writing, ads, fees, trade payoff, warranty docs, take pictures of and check the contract for MSRP 'errors', miscalculated taxes, hidden fees, ect, if you buy a warranty verify it exists, and if/when something goes awry, contact Ford, the FTC and SBG!Older review...Wasted 6 hours here, they wanted 2k for 'PDI' on TOP of the NEW MSRP, on a Ford truck preorder we waited the better part of a year for, hardly the 'locked in' pricing they advertised and promised... It also came in WITHOUT 3 of the 4 options ordered from Ford, definitely not 'get exactly what you want and lock in your price'. As for the 'exceptional' CS, they had someone test drive the truck in front of us, and kept going on about how much more they were planning to sell it for if we walked away, I guess they got their wish, and this review. If you must buy something here, I don't think the pepsi machine charges extra fees, yet...

Steven was very helpful in helping me find the right car and he also helped me with my trade in. Joey was very professional as he helped me get financed for my new car. Both Amazing Fellas and they have my loyalty for life!I would also like to thank ERNIE MORALES for his help in receiving service for my vehicle. Mr. Morales set up an appointment to have my engine cleaned and he also checked my third brake light to make sure it worked properly. He is extremely knowledgeable about the services he sells and is very dedicated to all of Alpine Ford's customers. He takes the time, patience and care to show his clients how to use the services provided to them (example - necessary settings and downloads within the vehicle's navigation network as well as other functions on screen). Mr. Morales is an Outstanding Customer Service Representative and Salesman for Alpine Ford. He knows how to make customers feel welcome, understood and appreciated! :) Class Act Indeed!

The way this dealership treats the people that buy cars from them is ridiculous and the service department is the worst ever. Let me explain: Three months ago I bought a 2015 F150 from them. In hindsight I should have checked to make sure the heat blew out hot air but it was 90+ degrees out and the ac was working just fine. A month later we went to turn on the heat and realized that only the driver's side heater blew out hot air. After 2 months and 3 times they had the truck at the service center with 4 different people helping me and getting the run around from them - today they told me the warranty I bought that covers the whole truck does not cover the ac/heater and that I should talk to the sales department. He mentioned I should talk to the sales dept. about them fixing it since they sold me the truck this way. When I spoke to the gentleman who sold us the truck about what was going on he stated "we don't fix theses things after you buy a car, you should have checked it before." I also assumed that the service dept would have checked it as well as one of their inspections before they put it out for sale. Again, I did not think on checking it due to the fact that it was 90+ degrees. Anyways, the way I have been treated at this dealership and some of the reviews I'm reading now I would never even step foot on their property; their customer service and service department do not care for you after they get their SALE! Did my due diligence researching a vehicle to purchase. Website had me pre-qualify, saving two hours... supposedly. I drove two hours to get there just to be given a worse deal which I declined. Finance guy had no idea the website pre-qualified. Of course he declined to honor it. Salesman Steven was great.

Steven got us into a brand new Truck and really made sure we left with something reliable and suited to our family. He was friendly and patient. Our kids entered a drawing contest. The atmosphere and service was phenomenal!

So I have been here twice for the service department quick lane. Simple oil change and cabin air filter change should never take what is now 3 Hours of waiting and looks like we’re going for 4. All I can say is do better Alpine Ford. Oh yep 4 hours for a oil change plus 15 minutes to settle the bill I’ve never seen so many employees work at not working. While sitting here another customer was here for 8 hours for a key fob issue. I can only imagine who owns this business and allows the lack of management or organizational skills.
