Do not buy from this dealer. They do not take care of business and have been unresponsive to efforts to reach the dealer and/or general manager. I would never do business at this dealer again.

Parts department was helpful, though the attitude and headache I got from the service department led me to choose another route. When I purchase my next GM, I'll go to Wilcox instead

Took my car there for an engine issue they first lost my car then quoted me 150 dollars for fixing the issue then engine light came back on next day. Called and spoke to who claimed to be a manager but could care less about the service not being also stated you asked us to diagnose the problem it’s another 250 to fix the original problem apparently they just reset the computer to get the check engine light to turn off. They also stated if I want to bring the car back it will another 150 plus 250 to fix it so clearly they enjoy messing with the customer base. Guess Hyundai representatives have lost a customer for life no biggie. They are plenty of other manufacturers to buy from. Everyone please heed this warning.

I had to take our Hyundai in for the security system upgrade. The customer service was great and the time in and out was really close to what was scheduled. Awesome job!

Dealership has BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS RUDE! My car was there for TWO MONTHS BECAUSE THEY ORDERED THE WRONG ENGINE! Then when I picked it up the check engine light was on!!!! Horrible service don’t recommend at all

Got my car from a different dealership it started acting up so was told I had to bring it to hyundai. So I did they took 2 weeks to replace the censor they said was the issue (it was not) the day it was finally replaced they called to let me know that wasn't the problem. So another 3 weeks to get someone to come look at it again from the warranty company. They said it was a timing issue. They told me they do not fix timing so had to wait longer. They decided to fix the timing issue which was also not the problem. They then let me know my engine needed to be replaced. That took another month or so. Car was returned with grease covering the inside everywhere. The windshield was broken. The check engine light was still on. They told me it would go away. A month after getting the car back it started overheating. They took it back and said a hose wasn't connected to the engine correctly. And did a transmission flush without authorization saying I put washer fluid instead of coolant. Which was incorrect but they never called to inform me or check with me. Check engine light was also still on and told it would go away after driving it 4/5 times. Now 3 weeks later the car is acting up again and it is out of coolant again, empty in 3 weeks after they just flushed and filled. No calls back about the replacement windshield still in 3 weeks and no return call about car issues now. The customer service is terrible. They don't care to be available or return calls. I was never offered or given a loaner even though they had my car for several months. They have been difficult this entire process and I'm beyond over it. I've lost out on work shifts and several appointments for myself and my kids because of this. Don't recommend using them for service at all!!!

The service department at Spradley Hyundai is the absolute worst! I once had to wait almost FOUR hours for an oil change. Just an oil change. And then today, I drove all the way down from Colorado Springs (almost an hour drive) for an appointment I had there for a sensor in my taillight that had gone bad, and even though my appointment was at 9:30am they didn't take my car back until almost 11:00am. After sitting and waiting for another FOUR hours I asked for an update which is when they let me know that the mechanic that was supposed to be working on my car was at lunch. After being there for that long, you would think that it would be because my car was actually getting work done on it. Nope. Instead, they gave my keys back to me at 1:30pm and told me that they had to order the parts and would have to reschedule me, so after taking 6 hours out of my day for this, they didn't even do anything! I will be avoiding this place like the plague from here on out, because they clearly don't care about anyone's time or wasting it for that matter! Learn from my mistake and don't buy a car from here or use their service department if you can avoid it.

Went with my son to look at a vehicle he was looking at online. He meet up with the gentleman that he spoke with. The vehicle was not posted on the internet as having damage, however the sales rep Did explain and when my son showed the listing he found on the internet, they worked wonders with my son. Sold the vehicle at listed price and made sure the vehicle was repaired nicely. Was even told if the vehicle could not be repaired, they would refund him or find a vehicle similar in year and price.

Poor communication, poor signage to get maintenance done, and poor service. Service techs assumed I wanted jobs done but never called to ask what I wanted. They also assumed I didn’t want other services done. Called multiple times with no answers and took over 24 hours to get back to me. Took 4 days to complete 15 minutes worth of work. Staff at drop off did not even want to speak with us. Absolutely unacceptable. Only positive experience was staff at pickup was very friendly despite being understaffed. They truly were the one person at that place that was trying. Do not recommend.

Drove an hour to look at a vehicle. They refused to meet my trade-in value even though I had offers from two companies at that value. Their reasoning was because that’s is just how much they “felt it was worth”. Appears they would rather hold on to vehicles rather than make a deal for a few hundred dollars difference.
