The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. It doesn't have enough bedding and there is no house keeper or anyone to help you. Super basic breakfast. There's not much support so it's not that clean. The hot drinking water tastes like coffee. The dispenser must be poorly washed. The children couldn't drink their hot chocolate because how that water is used... it tastes like coffee, just like tea and whatever you serve with that water. The telephone in the room did not work. The hotel looks neglected.

Clean and friendly staff! Nice breakfast. Visited family and needed a new place to stay and SpringHill Suites did the job. There are a few Fastfood places to eat BUT if you have time stop by the Boardwalk, it's only a 3 min drive from the hotel but have some nice restaurants and you can walk along the river.

Watch out for the wall mounted TV, it’s an obstacle to the bathroom. Poor design

The room temp was frigid. The thermostat was set at 62 degrees when I arrived.

This location is in a sketchy part of town. But we did not feel unsafe at any time in the parking lot when it was dark. The parking lot was well lit and fenced around it, though anybody can walk into it. The hotel was super clean, and the front desk staff was great at check-in. Hotel does have a pool, hot tub, good Fitness center, and laundry facilities.

Had a bad experience here. Pool wasn't up and running. Water smelt like suer when washing my hands. Water was turned off when we were getting ready. False advertisement when online booking. They don't have a free buffet or a bar. Free breakfast only. Front desk guy was super rude. Alot of homeless working around asking for money. Getting a refund hopefully.

This hotel was good value when it first opened however, the quality has declined significantly over the years. Our most recent stay, we were given a room with unmade beds and told the room was clean. After going back and forth with the man at the front desk, (and asking to speak with a manager) he reluctantly gave us another room. The room we ended up in appeared clean however, the AC wasn’t working well, which was rough in hot Pueblo. We called the front desk for towels (same guy I assume) and for a fitted sheet, neither of which ever arrived. Beds were lumpy. Pool area had no towels.
Outdoor area by pool is unkept. There was a drunk lady in the hall sitting on the floor by our room, I assume she had a room there but I’m not sure.
2-3 stars in terms of quality however, location is good.

Upon arrival the front desk worker named Steve provided extremely poor customer service and seemed more interested in explaining irrelevant information than getting me checked in for my stay. Customer service is simply serving the customers, not arguing with customers to prove an irrelevant point. Maybe it was a bad day and moment but he needs some coaching from management on how to handle customers that ask questions or don’t agree with him. I’ll be going across to the other Marriott property from now on.

Do not recommend this hotel. Hard pass. Hotel is located in the best part of the bad part of town. Vagrants hangout, sleep, and do drugs in and around the parking lot. Hotel is poorly maintained and air conditioning barely works in the building and rooms. Very limited food and resources around the hotel. Staff do not even attempt to keep the hotel cleaned and maintained. Worst Marriott hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Safety: Not a safe area to stay. Pueblo is an abandoned run down city.

There are LOTS of questionable/homeless people outside at all times. The hotel does have security constantly patrolling the this hotel and its sister hotels nextdoor.
