1 lady with black hair with green strip in hair was very rude pushing her friend (a lady who arrived 20 mintues after we signed and arrived at store opening) in the chair before other causing a half hour delay for 4 others of us.

Thank you Alvira for fixing my hair from my previous haircut this past Saturday. I did give the other young lady a good recommendation, but after I dried my hair and tried to comb it, it wasnt up to my standards. Thanks again for fixing it. Never again will I go to the Pueblo West shop.

Inconsistent with the way they serve their customers. I was there at 10:00 in the morning to get a haircut. I had to wait because I was just a walking perfectly fine. A man comes in who had an appointment so then he came before us. I unfortunately couldn't stay and wait. So I made an appointment for 1:00. I go in for my appointment and they say there's two people ahead and I said well even though I have an appointment and they said yes. So how is it that in the morning I go in without an appointment and somebody with an appointment comes before me but when I go in with an appointment the walk-ins come before me?
