They have a nice selection. I made the choice to try somewhere after the lady working was extremely rude to a high schooler looking for a letter jacket. Customer service is huge for nurses.

GREAT selection of scrubs and school apparel. Prices seem good on scrubs and printed wear and it's nice to be able to see stuff in person instead of online. I have never looked into the school uniforms. I have personally only been in 3-4 other scrubs stores in my lifetime but the selection here is about 4X larger than anywhere else I have seen. It makes me want to wear scrubs more often...

I had SUCH a bad experience here today. 3 weeks ago I went in to buy uniforms for Mikayla (we bought her FIMS uniforms here for the last 4 years, we try to support locally owned businesses as much as possible). I decided to get her a cardigan also, since those have to have the CIMS crest too. They didn’t have a youth medium made, but I was told they have the cardigan and the crest, they just need to put them together. I was pressured into paying in advance, so the owner (lady I was speaking with) would remember to call me when it was ready. Thinking it would only be a few days (this was two weeks before school started), I paid. We’ll, here we are, 3 weeks later and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called and left a message inquiring to the status. I called back 2 hours later, thinking maybe they just hadn’t gotten my message. WRONG. The owner said she got my message, but wasn’t going to return it until the cardigan was done. I told her I’ve been waiting for her call, even though it was only supposed to be a few days. She said they just got the crests in yesterday and were starting to put them on today. Long story short(er), I went down to get a refund because she still couldn’t tell me when my ONE cardigan would be ready. And she said that shouldn’t be a problem because they aren’t required until October. I tried to keep my cool in person, but the owner just acted as though she had done nothing wrong, even when she didn’t reach out to me as soon as she realized it was going to take longer than she told me. I advised her that Corwin is an air conditioned building and my child gets cold. When I ordered the sweater, I only paid in advance because she said she had the patch and the sweater, she just needed to make them. She said “something came up and that changed.” I asked if she knew that why she didn’t let me know? I could’ve done something else in this two weeks. She said she had a lot of stuff to do. So we took a new sweater to Embroidery Plus to have the patch put on for $7. So they are better priced and have better customer service. I’ll be getting it back by Friday. DON’T shop here. Terrible customer service

Great selection for high school gear. However, the last 2 times we bought shirts, we took them home, washed them and they came out with little holes all over them.

They’re all around great, unless you have an issue. I asked for clarity on one issue, and attempted to ask a follow up question I was completely shut down by the employee. (This conversation was over the phone.) she refused to listen to what I was trying to say, and opted instead to belittle me by assuming I was trying to get away with not paying for additional work. Other than that, no complaints. Everyone else was friendly and helpful, especially Mindy. And they do great work!

Absolutely fantastic customer service and a great atmosphere. I was looking for a pair of scrub pants for nursing school. It is very difficult to find good fitting scrubs as a tall male. Not only did they have a perfect fit in stock but they also asked me for feedback so they could adjust inventory accordingly. That is a store that cares about the customer. That was 2 years ago, now that I work at parkview, they are the only store I will buy scrubs at. Very highly recommended for anything you need!

I get my nurses scrubs at this place. Love the Shetchers scrubs they are comfortable and form fitting. Go get your scrubs there!!!

VERY rude. I was there today. My older kids went ahead of me to do the shopping for their little sister who will be wearing a uniform and when I got there an employee was following them around "answering questions" but mostly keeping an eye on them... My kids are 15, 18, and 19 so not little kids. My 15 year old had a shirt in her hand and we asked her to put it back since it was the wrong size. The lady helping us was very quick to say, "Give me that because you're not gonna fold it." I absolutely HATE this place and that didn't help. Every time I've had to go it seems like the employees are more rude than the last time. UGH!

This is the worst place in Pueblo Colorado. I ordered a letter jacket and was told it would take 3-4 weeks... Well I got a call they made it wrong..we custom ordered it and they made the sleeves wrong and said it would take 3 more weeks.This was the first mistake. So we have no choice but to wait. Finally 4 weeks later we get a call the jacket is here. So we go to get it, and its made wrong again, their second mistake, the person who ordered it read it wrong on the paper so they made it wrong again. We double checked the actual receipt and it was correct on the receipt and the staff insisted I was the one who was wrong until they looked at my receipt, then realized I was right. It was the size of a 5 year olds jacket. They never apologized and were very very rude and disrespectful. So after argueing for an hour one staff member came out to talk to us and tried to help us,she was nice. Told us the jacket would be a rush order and they will have it by Dec.21st and we could go in and try it on before they sewed anything on it to make sure it was right. Well around came December 21st ,and no phone call. So I decided to call them they said the jacket was on the truck in the truck wasn't there yet they confirmed it was on the truck and they would call me as soon as the truck got there. Today's December 26th haven't heard from them I called them back the lady who answered the phone was very rude hung up on me twice and said that I would have to wait because the holiday season now, and the jackets not there still. They will call me when it's there so I asked to speak to the owner, her response was " he won't help you" and he aint here today. So I told her I didn't ask you that, I would like his name and his number, she refused to give it to me and hung up on me. My daughter's a 4.3 student in deserves her letter jacket its not fair to treat people like this. They treat people bad for their mistakes. They don't try to make things right, but they have a thousand excuses. Then they tried to call and say they made a mistake on the receipt charges .... Once again their mistake. That's 5 mistakes already. Very Poor customer service. And I dont recommend this store to anyone. Now their saying we have to wait 4 more weeks. I would rate NO stars but it didn't let me..... Its now 1/1/2019 and still no word from anyone........I already paid and they are doing this. I'm so sick of the lack of customer service from this store.
