“We had a blown out tire on the side of the highway and couldn’t get the shredded tire unwedged from the wheel hub. We called el chapo for roadside assistance and they cut/pried the tire shreds and changed both tires in under an hour. He even took the shredded tire with him instead of leaving it on the side of the road. We really appreciated his thorough service during a really stressful time.”

Today was a SUNDAY, and despite the store being closed, the owner (Paul) returned the call from my Dad, went over his concerns and created a plan of action. Every time my Dad has had an interaction at this location, it has been incredibly positive, helpful, and trustworthy. I'm not sure you could ask for anything more as a customer, or a family member of that customer! Thank you for your outstanding work, keeping our family members safe and making sure Dad's car runs as well as he does!”

“Got a nail in the sidewall of a tire from a set I had bought two years previously. I took it to the store I bought them from (rhymes with Hams) and they said it was not repairable. Ok, but I was told I would need a new set because company policy was to not put a new tire on with 3 slightly worn tires. Yuck. I called around to see if I could buy a replacement tire from anybody. I finally found Steve’s and they had a perfect replacement. He also sold it to me for way less than half the price of a new tire. I’ve been using it for over a year now and had zero issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again!”

James Elliott at Big O Tires said they also were booked but said he would work me in a couple hours later. Great! A couple hours later I came back and Jason Jaquez was very helpful and happy to fix my tire. They were apologetic as they were working me in but my wait was only 30 min.
