Convenient for drop-offs. I went on 07/05/25and the AC was out. The staff looked uncomfortable and the store stunk. Fix these poor employees' store ASAP please.
On 08/02/25 I went in around 1130 to drop off an Amazon return in a cardboard box with a QR code. The associate told me she couldn't use the small box the item came in because it was provided by the seller and it had to be my own box. She then offered me a plastic bag for $3.00. I declined, got a cardboard box from the King Soopers that shares the parking lot, returned with the box in a box, and watched the same girl smirk and tell me I also had to now tape the top of the box closed or buy their overpriced packing tape. She definitely should've told me this the first time. Mind you, this was a small box of cheap razorblades to begin with, not even half the size of a shoe box. Return was successfully completed with the other associate after I left twice to complete these two different quests just to avoid paying for overpriced crap at a place where the return was supposed to be quick and free. I'm thrilled this is the only official UPS Store in the area.

I was told my order would arrive between 2:00 and 6:00 pm i had other things to do that day and i had to sign for my order. I get a notification that they had missed me. It was 10:30 i wasn't home. I got no notifications that it was going to arrive sooner if I had, I would have been home. I cannot get my package until Monday now. Horrible.

This place sucks. An absolute nightmare to do Amazon returns. A box that the product was shipped in has to be put into a different box to be returned. Makes absolutely no sense. I'll drive to Fountain and go to the UPS store up there instead.

Do yourself a favor and go to Staples! I had a package all wrapped up and ready to ship as instructed. I brought my QR code so they could print the label and ship the package. Instead they cut open my package and then refused to ship the lotion. They told me to schedule a pickup once the package was re-sealed. Well they lied and it isn't free - they tried to charge me $15. I had to re-seal it and take it to Staples - not a problem and got a coupon. Won't be returning to this location.

Store made me purchase tape for a 5in section of the box that wasn't covered and then opted me into an extra charge for Junior achievements without asking me or telling me about it. Before you charge someone for something they didn't ask for or approve maybe mention it instead of stealing money. Charge without my consent is ridiculous

They will find a reason to not mail your package. I watched them tell multiple customers they have to be in certain packages, which is unusual. Bad customer service and high prices!

This location is great! We usually visit this store to return Amazon packages, and the service is excellent! Sometimes there is a bit of a line, but most often there's not, so we're in and out in just a few minutes. All of the staff are patient, friendly, and professional. We're very grateful this is where we can take care of our Amazon business regularly.

Horrible customer service at this ups store and then it takes soo long to deliver a package. Our package was supposed to be delivered between 1130 and 230 and then moved to 330 to 645 and here it is 750 and night and still nothing. This is ridiculous people

Worst customer service . Refused to add extra packing tape on the box . Made me purchase a roll of tape and put it on myself and then educated me that the instructions should have said that . Don’t waste your time here .

Customer service has gone down hill. At this location. I brought a package that I didn’t even order. I opened the box it came in and the lady at the front desk said I would have to pay for a whole roll of tape just for one box. That she wouldn’t tape it up for me. Why would I purchase a whole roll of tape just for a few pieces of tape! So ridiculous!

Employees were friendly but dang what a huge headache this ordeal was! I paid to have my package held here (due to delivery issues at my apt). Package delivered - it even names an employee that it was handed to - but when I go to pick it up on Saturday, it wasn't there!! No one could tell me why.
After talking to customer service number (they said someone would call me back- never did) the lady at this location suggested I go try to catch a driver at the distribution center because NO ONE KNOWS WHY but it was sent back there.
Long story but I did eventually get my package at distribution center but this whole ordeal took THREE hours out of my Saturday. This is unacceptable. Now I have 2 more packages coming so I'm guessing I'll be loosing 6 hours this week tracking them down. I'm so aggravated by this situation.
Also, the distribution center said this location has tons of problems just like this. Why??? Someone please train your empolyees better.
