I'm not sure what some people want in life. A hand out? So many people complain about small things. I've been using this store for a while and never had a problem. In fact, I drive a hour to go here. There are over head prices and fees applied to pay to have your items shipped, or received. This is a great store! Stop crying ?

I came in to the store to return a fraudulent order from my Amazon account. I was worried because of the QR codes that we were sent or not matching up correctly with the amount of packages that we received. A huge shout out to Jane, an associate who truly knows what she's doing and cares for people!! She all but held my hand while I called the Amazon customer service people and offered multiple times to step in and talk on the phone for me if I needed additional help. I highly recommend the store. This is not my first good experience there, but the first time I'm leaving a review.

DONT GO HERE, go to Staples. Got charged $4-5 just to print off a piece of paper. Prices are insane. Greedy. Trying to nickel and dime you. Keep your head on a swivel when you go to places like this. It’s a common trend in Pueblo I’ve noticed.

I had two small packages to return to Amazon and the only UPS store is thirty miles from my home. After reading some of the negative reviews posted, I was reluctant to drive that far. However, I was greeted by Rachel who helped me with a smile and made the transaction of returning my packages a pleasant experience. The store had several people waiting and the line went quickly. From me that get five stars.

Worst customer service EVER. they give a 1-800 number. NO ONE WILL HELP YOU. They should have the robot say, "We don't care, so stop calling this number."

***12/29/23 update at the bottom.*** I've avoided this place for years because past customer service experiences here have been horrible and you often have to stand in line forever. Because Kohl's no longer accepts Amazon returns in Pueblo, I'm forced back. Just a couple things to prepare you for your visit: If you're shipping something through UPS, you will be asked provide a specific and complete list of the contents of your box to the clerk. EVERYONE WILL HEAR, so if it's something private, too bad for you! And if you're an Amazon return, put it in a box. Amazon says you don't need one but the QR code will say "customer packed" regardless. It's a waste of a box and you may have to buy one if your purchase did not come in a box. (Which is what happened to me. The item was delivered by UPS without a box, in the original plastic which was intact and unopened.) This UPS Store is more interested in throwing up roadblocks than providing excellent customer service.12/9/2023 Update...I contacted UPS store #1543 at the email provided in their review responses and received no response. 12/16/23 Update I contacted UPS Store Corporate and learned that it is not UPS policy to require specifics of box contents on domestic shipping so the list they demand isn't necessary. 12/29/23 UPS Store Corporate says they are supposed to make Amazon returns as easy as possible and they will be working with the store. We'll see...In the meantime, Kohl's is again a return option and Staples still takes boxed Amazon returns. I recommend you avoid this store at all costs.
