Ups was unable to deliver my package due to incomplete address, so I made arrangements to pick it up at the ups on Grenada blvd in pueblo.When I arrived 2 women were just standing there talking.After asking for the package I was told that the girl called off so you won't get your package today! With a giggle, so I asked if she was serious and she said yes. No one is here to help you.i will never do business with ups again.

i had a UPS truck with pueblo PD in it park on my house and use a Parabolic mic on me from it now i dunno if i can trust you guys with my package's anymore i was just about to order some stuff tonight coming UPS gonna see if i can get the seller to send fed-ex instead

Great service. The clerk on duty was helpful and polite. UPS definitely deserves 5 stars.However, because the customer entrance is hidden so well that I had to drive around the building about 3 times before I found it , that resulted in one star deduction.Dear UPS: how about a large sign? "Customer Service" and an arrow pointing at the hidden door, maybe. Or a big sign over that door. It really would be helpful.

Can't get ahold of nobody and packages seem to disappear tracking just says carrier issue and I got to call credit card companys to get refundsWhy would someone my age need a facebook or Twitter just to reach out to a company? How about improving your customer service and stop relying on automated computer phone services to do it for you

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE UPS PUEBLO OFFICE.The "customer service" number provided on the Pueblo office's page here in Maps.This number connects to some main office computer answering "service" that is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. You can't get anything done unless you give the tracking number. Then it conveniently doesn't understand the tracking number. I tried 3 times then asked for a representative.I was then told that to speak to a representative that MIGHT understand the tracking number, that I had to give the computer the tracking number first. This is the same jacked up system that can't understand the tracking number IN THE FIRST PLACE.I would suggest to UPS Main Office that if the intention is to NOT provide customer service, reprogram the computer to say "you can waste your time here if you like but the purpose of this customer service system is to provide the run around, not customer service".Or maybe the number is an advertisement for FedEx.

It has been a truly rewarding experience to deal with UPS! It first started with the delivery of my packages from my UPS delivery truck driver, Mike! He is the most thoughtful and respectful person! With all his daily hard work and hundreds of customers with whom he must react, yet he still finds it easy to make me, an 83 year old woman, feel special! Mike gives excellent customer service… he goes above and beyond! In addition, his supervisor Meriah, fits that description too, as she was more than willing to listen to me when I called! I am so positively impressed with the entire UPS family with whom I have been blessed to communicate! Thank you UPS!!!!

The ups driver must have too lazy to attempt the delivery of my package because when I checked where it was online it said that delivery was attempted but the business was closed. This delivery address was to my home. Not a business. I guess this is business as usual for UPS

Absolutely horrible. Delivery driver was ridiculously horrible. You can clearly see our doorbell. Yet, he lightly taps on the door immediately walking away not even giving the chance to answer the door if we could have even heard it. Even if he would have happened to actually ring the doorbell. We still wouldn't have had time to get to the door. If you don't believe me and think I am exaggerating, I should add that we have a video doorbell that recorded everything. I'd be glad to show you the proof.

My package has been 'out for delivery' for 3 days. I took off work to sign for it. I hate that I was not given the option of a different carrier service for my package because I have never had a good experience with UPS. Choose any other delivery service if you have the optionMajor issue that your driver just lied to my face that he wrote a note yesterday (he did not, I was home with my door open the entire day, and watching my delivery since this was my phone and required signature). Really speaks to the quality of service at UPS.
