“Tremendous!! Bobby was great! No funny stuff went to look at a car but was sold, he new my price range and showed me a Nissan Murano which was very in my price range. REALLY nice took it for a test drive and was shocked that a car was that inexpensive but, they have cars in all different prices. They are on highway 50 by the train overpass. Tell them I sent you. I get a little something to wet my beak. ; )”

“Highly recommend. I had trouble finding a place that would finance me with $1000 down (I have terrible credit). They did in house financing. I had a problem with the brakes shortly after and they fixed it with no hesitation. The check engine light went on and they replaced the part. I've had the car a few months now and finally got upset because the heater never worked. I took it in today and they did not have a problem fixing it.”

“When I needed a car ASAP they had some that fit my budget on down/monthly payment you couldn't get anywhere else. I gave the first one I bought to my daughter and got another one for me. Good little cars with low mileage, great on gas and love only paying 200.00 a month for each car. The first one is paid off. Felicia knows a lot about cars and will get you into one that you want. “THANK YOU CARHOP for the great car and better service! I have been wanting to write this review for a while but life has been hectic, so here it is. I went to Carhop last March with a broken down truck I had sank nearly 10k into after an incredibly stressful year filled with personal loss, desperate and obviously on my last legs, and walked out with a car that ran beautifully, a payment plan that I could afford even during these tough times, and knowledge that unlike most used car dealerships the folks at Carhop truly empathized with me and saw me as a person, not just a paycheck. The very few repairs that have popped up were taken care of immediately and painessly, and each time I felt heard and respected. Very recently my car has been running into some issues after what was most likely a bad repair job from a different local mechanic, and when I called them back just now they immediately provided me with a solution and it looks like my car will be taken care of by Friday. I will keep this review updated as I spend more time with my new car but frankly, I don't see my glowing review changing any time soon. THANK YOU CARHOP!!!”

“I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and never in all the cars that I have bought have I had an experience like the one I had with Mercado Motors – our credit wasn’t the best but they were able to work with us and get us the car we wanted. A day after we bought the car we had some issues with the Audi and we called dealership and they were right on the problem, had the car towed from our house to their shop and had it back up and running the next day. Haven’t had a problem since and I love my Audi – Would defiantly buy another car from them. Customer Service was great – Loved working with everyone we spoke with. Would highly recommend them to family and friends.”
