“Last summer I was stranded because I couldn't get one lug nut off to replace a flat. The last place I bought used tires off of highway 50 mounted them. I also had to return there before because they didn't pull an old plug out and patch a tire that went flat near Demver. Needless to say I wasn't going there again. Anyway, I drove it home and called Colorado Tire the next day. Nico drove out in their service van and checked it out. He started replacing the other three tires while John came out with tools to remove the lug nut. It was so tight it wouldn't budge. It was to the point of calling to have it towed. After John and Nico taking turns grinding, hammering with a chisel Nico hit the lug with the chisel and it finally turned. He mounted the last tire and got me back on the road. I went threre a couple months ago and the rotated them for me at no charge. Great tires and great service. Thank you guys!!”
“I have been a customer of the tire shop Colorado Tire on 40th street and they have always been my tire company for over 10 years. When I saw that they opened an auto shop on Eagleridge I was elated. I took my Buick there for brakes and the price was fair and they treated my like family. I was so happy with the service that I brought my SUV there for a check up. Just like the tire shop I will be a customer for a long time.”
“We had a blown out tire on the side of the highway and couldn’t get the shredded tire unwedged from the wheel hub. We called el chapo for roadside assistance and they cut/pried the tire shreds and changed both tires in under an hour. He even took the shredded tire with him instead of leaving it on the side of the road. We really appreciated his thorough service during a really stressful time.”

This very nice man who works there told me he couldn't fix my window because it was curved BUT
He took a he time to come out and talk to me and show me that I could replace the window my self, which I didn't know be for he told me.
This information that he gave me and showed me how to take my window off my self - took 5min out of his day but it was something that none of the other glass shops had done for me when I was looking !
He saved me time and money !
After he showed me that I could take the window off and suggested the junkyard I was able to replace the window my self with 4 easy bolts and for only $25!!!!!!
I had another place offering to put a piece of lexan in it for 200$ and safelight would have charged $400-500
That man taught me how to do it my self, information that I will forever retain.
He saved me a bunch of money.
All around I felt like he really cared about helping me . I am just so greatful.
if I ever have a windshield or another problem, I am 100% coming back to you all first.

“Took my 2006 mazda 6 for a transmission filter and fluid change I live out of town so it was no easy task getting a ride back home ,I left the vehicle there for three days after paying them more than 600.00 I found the transmission was leaking so I took it back and they said it was the drain plug crush washer apparently they reused the old one I guess 600 + dollars does not cover a 3.00 washer so I drove it home and a day later I noticed it was leaking again so instead of finding a way to get my car up there a third time which costs me a lot of money I will fix it myself with a 3.00 washer and a lot of my time .After a fiew days I was contacted by the owner of the shop he was very professional and said they would change there policy on putting the old drain plug seal back on and only put new ones on going forward he offered a free oil change for my trouble I will probably not take him up on that because I live a ways away but it was a good jester and I appreciate that.I was since contacted again by the owner about the situation and he stated that he thought about my situation and how much trouble I had to go through and was giving me all my money back that I paid him even though I did not ask him for my money back for the transmission fluid change ,it is good to see that there is still owners of companies that have integrity and are honest you don't see that very often these days for that reason I am giving this company my highest review.”

“This place is right down the road from where we live and I have been taking our F-250 out to the other side of town for an oil change. I thought they only worked on the large 18 wheeler rigs. I had some work that needed immediate attention and they weren't able to take it that same day due to already having a tight schedule. I did find out though that they do oil changes for our truck size at a fraction of the price that I've been paying in Pueblo West. The tech that I spoke with was very helpful and politely professional, which goes a lot further with me than the j*** I've been dealing with in PW. Now, I'm looking forward to taking the truck in for an oil change where I've detested doing it before, thanks to Minkler.”

“Quick efficient to the point foyer was clean. Coffee was good and what I noticed was Farmers, seniors, men and women Hispanics metropolis of the flavor of Pueblo go there that should tell you something if you don't want to wait in the foyer, they had a canopy outside with seating and dog friendly This was my first visit. He got me hooked. They let you negotiate The front desk was superb. Efficient showed empathy while negotiating over the phones I tried to negotiate our future endeavor. I'm still working on it but their their reasoning was very professional. It's a business. They honored the coupon that I had. They also have a connection with Lyft. If you needed a ride back to your home I'm sure it's within reason and then come back and pick you up to get your car. It was nice to see a local business with The high expectation of taking care of the customer. This was my observation sitting in the foyer.”

Our salesman, Chris Wilson, was awesome from start to finish. I was a little upset in the beginning, and he was incredibly patient and understanding with me and my son. He took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel talked down to or “mansplained” to 😂 He was respectful, helpful, and genuinely understanding of where I was coming from.
The whole process was quick and easy, and Chris made what could have been a stressful experience so much better. I may not have walked in happy about trading my car, but I definitely walked out happy with the experience AND our new car!

“I found my experience at Kia in Pueblo Colorado very pleasant. The Customer Service from my first conversation with Liz made me feel right at home. Eric was equally as helpful, Allison continued with great service through her shuttle and terrific personality. Chris and Jeff we’re both giving the same Customer Service but my most favorite part was that every time I called I got a real person and not an automated voice asking me to choose a number of the department I wanted to go to. While I waited, I could overhear Vicki answering the phone again with a friendly kind voice and no one was ever sent to just an automated voice. There were real people with true concern for giving Customer Service.”
