This is probably the 100th time. They lose my stuff, tell me that it's my fault, deny my claim, hang up on me, and we start all over again. For the love of God who is working there that is just allowed to scam people? What chimp is behind the desk with their brain leaking? I can't stand this awful business. I even got a letter today that said to provide the package to my local post office. WHAT PACKAGE? YOU MORONS LOST IT. It should be illegal to do what they do. I pray that USPS gets absolutely dissolved one day. No wonder they're losing money.

Good job u.s.p.s. you took 14 days to deliver a check 650 miles. I had to overnight a second check because you're so slow. That was 28 dollars, and it took 2 days. Maybe if you raised the price of your stamps again your deliveries would get even slower.

The customer service is terrible. Kevin was very rude to me. This is the kind of experience that makes you want to drive all the way across town just to work with someone else. Kevin has many bad reviews on here and after experiencing it for myself, I’m shocked he’s still employed at the US postal service

The African American who works behind the counter has no comprehension of what customer service is . He’s rude to everyone who comes through the door. I don't know why he is still in the front, or better yet still employed by the us postal service …he may consider working in the back so he does not have to deal with the public and being rude . He gives no receipts unless you ask . Unfortunately his job is to “service”, I should not have to ask for a receipt from the us postal service . Sadly he’s just an arrogant rude person . He ruins the establishment …

I miss the white-haired gentleman who was always very efficient. I really don't understand how Geraldine has a job here. She is so rude to everyone. She acts like she is exasperated to have to do her job, and she really enjoys giving everyone a hard time for every possible thing she can. She doesn't like the way you taped your package. She doesn't like the way you labeled it, even though it's actually fine. Even though this location is more conveniently located, I go out of my way to go to the north side branch where the people aren't as sassy and don't waste my time with their miserable nonsense.

2/3 of the people there seem to have attitude, both of the ones I’m talking about gave me attitude over wearing a mask ( I have long been fully vaccinated , And have intense chemical scaring in my lungs from the gulf war) during the height of the pandemic the other when the signs on the door clearly stated if you you have been vaccinated a mask is recommended( but not required)The third guy is super chill and super friendly, he is definitely a keeper but the other two need to step up or step out

They do a Great job of keeping your mail organized for you here. Both me and my Grandmother have been going here for their excellent service experience since I was just a little girl.They are always nice to me and very polite towards my Grandmother which is why we both love this location. The staff there are very friendly and helpful.Thank you to the staff that work here at this Post Office in Pueblo CO, you guys are doing a really great job. I look forward to seeing you guys again soon until then may your life have joy and laughter in each day!Have a wonderful weekend!?~Jill~?
