I had decided on the make and model of the car but not on the dealer until I found Vidmar Honda! They are a family-owned business with ties to their community, and they are a shining example of personal, competent, and friendly service. I was overjoyed to see the brand new, bright blue CRV waiting for me at the front door, and Larry patiently and kindly walked me through all of the features--at least three times! This was my first time buying a car from Vidmar, and I have to say I was very pleased with the whole experience. I'll definitely be a return customer in the future when if comes time to replace my new Honda Passport.

Made an appointment they say two hours wait I say ok, I patient wait almost 2 hours and paid regular service price like everyone else. thinking they would do a good work just to install accessory on car but it turn out the next day sticker was not stick ( maybe they did not clean before put on) and they also don't align it right to put in holding pin so pin pop out. I I just waste my time and money for them.. never go back there, I would drive to Colorado spring next time if I know they do sloppy job...

Vidmar service has been amazing to us since we have had our Passport! We had something quit working on us on a Saturday and they had us bring it right in and was ready to pick up right away! It was a recall issue that was quite a bit of work for them to correct and they did such a great job and are always so helpful and friendly. Do not hesitate to have your vehicle serviced here! They go above and beyond!!!

Not impressed. I purchased a used Volvo here, the maintenance needed light was on which I mentioned multiple times. They told me it would reset because they had just donw maintenance, which it did not. I reached out several times, they told me they could "walk me through" resetting it. I had to take it into the Volvo dealership here to get reset. I don't care if it is a used car, you don't send it out the door that way. I questioned them on the tires, they told me they replaced them and they were brand new, they were not.There were additional issues after the purchase as well. They talk a good game but at the end of the day, it was all lip service. Buyer beware applies.

We we’re traveling from Arkansas to Colorado on a family vacation when my Honda Pilot had issues. We dropped it off at Vidmar Honda and ended up having to purchase a new Pilot! Mandy was the best sales person and made the dramatic experience on our family vacation a little less stressful. Mr Vidmar worked with us on a few things and we appreciate his values as a business man.

Bottom Line: Take the 45 minute drive to the Springs instead of getting overcharged here.Over priced waste of time. Parking lot was an absolute ghost town, not a customer in site. Sales rep took a personal cell phone call within 30 seconds of sitting down with us. When we asked about if they offer a military discount, we were informed it was for Active Duty only, which is fine. I explained my mother is a Surviving Spouse (her husband was Killed in Action) the sales rep actually said, "We can only do a discount if he is active duty." Kind of hard to be active duty if you're dead. Maybe she just didn't understand or listen to what we said, but it felt pretty disrespectful. I guess that some reps don't realize you can price compare on the internet so you can go knowing what other dealerships are charging so she gave us a line of bull about having the cheapest cars on the Front Range. The whole time we were there I didn't see a single other customer.We were actually interested in one of the cars we drove but since the dealership/sales rep couldn't even be bothered to knock a lousy $500 off, we decided to take our business elsewhere.

We recently purchased a 2023 Honda Odyssey at Vidmar Honda. We had been looking for well over a year. I am very pleased with my experience at Vidmar.Mandi is very knowledgeable and patient. She facilitated a deposit by phone. When we went to get the new car, she helped set up the phone, seat memory, etc. She explained everything about the vehicle and encouraged me to call with any questions. I have called several times and she responds quickly and is patient and helpful.I really appreciate that Vidmar sells for MSRP with no market adjustment. I also appreciate that optional add-ons and the extended warranty were presented without any pressure to purchase.I recommend Vidmar and Mandi very highly.Sincerely, Ron B.

I purchased a new Honda hybrid CRV from Vidmar and had a great experience! While other dealerships are adding $3-5K "market adjustments" or other junk fees on top to take advantage of customers, Vidmar does not. Everyone I worked with was super friendly and helpful, and our sales person Mandi Smith was outstanding on every level. This is the second purchase my family has made from Vidmar, and we will definitely come here for any needs in the future including the maintenance department. I highly recommend Vidmar and am beyond satisfied with my new car. Thanks again guys!

The website claimed they had 5 CRV’s in stock. Made the hour drive to look at them. When I arrived I was told they only had 1 and it was sold. Wouldn’t have made the drive had the website not claimed they had 5. Do better!

Honest salesmen. The markup was surprising in how little it was, and they didn't push for any unnecessary add ons. It was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and I was mentally preparing for a battle, but it turned out to be pretty painless. Would recommend.

Staff are very friendly, but the tech that tried to diag my van was sloppy. Told me I needed 3 motor mounts to fix a transmission vibration issue (not the root cause, which is that my transmission has an issue). I think 2 might actually be bad, but if he would have looked at the third, he would have seen that it was just replaced with a brand new Honda part, that I purchased from them. The reason I took it there was to get an inspection done on the rear cylinder head for a warranty claim due to a ticking noise on the rebuilt cylinder head that I installed at my shop. The tech said it was coming from the front head instead of the rear. I thought maybe I had been mistaken, but I took it back to my shop and used a stethoscope, and the ticking noise I wanted diagnosed was clearly coming from the rear cylinder head. I called them back to ask if they could reinspect it if I showed their tech that the sound was actually coming from the rear bank, and they declined and said their was nothing else they could do to help me. I will continue to buy parts from them for my shop, but will not be taking a vehicle there for service again.

Larry Miles has been great to work with! Just put a deposit down on a new CRV and the experience over the phone and in person has been so much better than Toyota on hwy 50 for example. We are so grateful to work with good human beings when making big purchases character, integrity, and mutual respect really matter to us!

It's bad. The customer service lady was boarder-line insulting - at best, rude - coming across as if she is put out we were there. This seems to be the MO for this place, as I've stopped in before with a similar experience. "Snake-pit" is a good adjective for Vidmar.

Car technician Samantha should be avoided if you value professional service and time management. Worst service I've ever received. She will argue with you and she will never be wrong since she's a "car tech". Arguing in front of other clients and being rude are her fortes. Be careful if you don't know how insurance works with repairs because she will accuse you of Insurance Fraud (actual experience) in front of everyone with no evidence. Everyone else is lovely at Vidmar. You will have a great experience if you avoid her at all cost. One person can make a difference.
