It's become impossible for me to take care of my health while using this pharmacy. It takes more than a week for them to fill a prescription that I need to stay alive, and when I ask them how long the delay is going to be, they only say they don't know. I don't know if the issue is this pharmacy in particular or with Walgreens overall, but Walgreens as a company cannot go out of business soon enough.

Walgreens (all of them) has become so hard to deal with. They say a prescription will be ready at a certain time, then it gets delayed, next thing I know it's 2 or 3 days later. Or they say they're working on it, and then cancel it.

I had a prescription for my cat and I couldn’t find anyone to help me fill it, the highway50 location turned me away because they closed in 20. So these BAD ASS women took my cats prescription and called me when they had an answer for me. How do people go without insurance in this town of corporate sponge laziness (highway50) ???
BONFORTE BLVD: THANK YOU for not only doing your job but being exceptional. Stewart’s prescription is no different than an uninsured humans prrrrescription.

My elderly father is on extremely important heart medication that keeps his heart beating regularly. It’s always called in a week ahead before running out of this medication and they never have his medication ready. They’re always late/closed/or out. They will not check to see if any other Walgreens will have it the medication available They just told us to go to each Walgreens and see if they have it available.

Had me waiting for an hour for a vaccine they didn’t even have in stock. Why they didn’t check if they had it when I made an appointment the day before, beats me. Do not go to them they are trash.

Bad pharmacy, will just lie to you about prescription fill dates while the medication is on backorder. Was told the next day, when I called back, they wouldn't have it for over a week. Just about anywhere else will be better, they're slow and inefficient.

The service has gotten better, but there are too many hoops to jump through when trying to call and speak to the pharmacy on-site. I get wanting to have a call center take the easy calls, but not every call can be answered by the call center. Give your long-time customers a little credit and easier way to call the store directly!
