This is the worst pharmacy in Pueblo. They have been sitting on my daughter's prescription for almost an entire month and act like it is no big deal that it is out of stock. They couldn't even say when it will be available!!

Ever since they changed hours to 9am-6pm it has been hell to get my prescriptions. I wait in their drive thur for 25 mins before being noticed. Plus they charge me diffent prices for the SAME PRESCRIPTION REFILL.

They moved their hours open til only 6pm everyday and closed sundays. I would think they would now be able to have one person each for the inside counter and the drive thru. WRONG! It was 4pm and there was one person running both the inside counter and the drive thru. It took forever. I'm switching my pharmacy tonight!

Waited for an hour to get a vaccine they didn’t even have in stock. Why they didn’t check before when I scheduled my appointment the day before beats me. Overall so slow and a waste of time. Would give 0 stars if i could.

Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes. No one ever came to the window, even after pressing the call button 2 times. Finally went in because it's the only Walgreens in town with heparin, a very common blood thinner. Waited another 5 minutes while they could clearly see me but continued to consciously ignore my presence. When the human came to the counter and finally waited on me, they were kind. I had picked up some sale items and proceeded to the front to pay. The total came to nearly 80$. I told the human there must be a mistake as it should be about 22$. They told me in a condescending tone, how much each item rang up as. I told them the one item was 5.99 and another was 15.99 on the signage. They told me someone obviously had changed the price tags, even though the entire shelf of that brand was on sale. They also refused my daughter bathroom facilities on the only other occasion I was there, which is disgusting and pathetic. I was considering changing my 3000$ dollars worth of prescriptions to Walgreens. I'll drive to Denver before I'm treated like that again. Because I am disabled and don't look like everyone else, I should be treated like this??

At LEAST 4 times in the last month or 2 I have went to hwy 50 location to pick ip a prescription only to read a sign that says No pharmacist on duty. Mind you each time was within “pharmacy hours”. Half star review. Then I wake up to a text stating “still planning to pick up prescription”. Get real

I really don’t like to give bad ratings but this place is awful they don’t have enough staff or pharmacists so the overworked staff take their frustration out on anyone that comes in or goes to the drive thru I have been hung up on I’ve been lied to I’ve been treated so badly I can’t find any good to speak of usually I can find some good but in my opinion this Walgreens should be closed permanently and dissolve the whole store to other Walgreens I haven’t had any good service since I’m been here I’m very polite and respectful to all the staff I’m from the South I even say yes/ no sir/ ma’am that’s how I was raised but this place has used all my patients for the rest of this year I’ve tried to go to other pharmacies but they can’t seem to keep 3 of my vitals prescriptions in stock like Walgreens I’ve even switched Walgreens stores that are closer to me the service was so bad I had a staff member to use profanity to speak to me that not professional at all I know it tiff out here but if you don’t want or even like your job quit don’t make everybody else life miserable because you are miserable or work as a stocker at night so you don’t deal with the public I really don’t giving bad reviews but if I could give this store a rating number my choice would be negative infinity so if you can avoid this place at all cost and I will not even talk about the drive thru window thanks for reading this review

Took my order and filled it within the hour. Great staff. They are always so friendly and helpful.
