I called about a vaccination. They transferred me to a schedule line which I didn't need, I needed to know about an ingredient. Then I stopped to ask in person which turned out fine, but was told to schedule an appointment online - again no biggie. So, I scheduled online as instructed & when I get there they had apparently closed 30 minutes prior to my appointment. Why would there even be an option for that!??? Frustrating & a waste of gas.

I ordered online the buy3 get3 items. It was available and no limit on the website. When I about to pick it up it show only 4pcs items I need to pick up. I called store and spoke to the store person name Rene I believe she stated " store has a limit of 4 and the website didn't know they have limit of 4". It's not make any sense at all. I called corporate about this store and complained. Only this store has a bad reputation bad customer service and rude employee

As of lately the pharmacy at this location has terrible customer service over the phone. That's assuming they answer the phone. If and when they do I'd say about 75% of the time it's with a rude attitude. I'll be looking for another place!!!

I wasn't at the photo center, I was actually at the pharmacy ... The lady pharmacist was really rude to me and made me feel sooooooooo uncomfortable when I was getting my covid-19 vaccine but what's really messed up is when my handsome son went to get his vaccine with the same lady pharmacist she was thee absolute sweetest person ever to him .. I guess she doesn't like other women ..

Was called the day after a canvas photo order was supposed to be ready and was told in a voicemail their canvas photo machine is down. Kylie was the name from the voicemail. Called back. A rude man answered and wouldn't help and just kept saying to call back for Kylie. The man said we would have to cancel, resubmit to another Walgreens, and hopefully they would honor the 70% coupon which is now expired. That's just sad. We had to call Corporate to get help, and we are far from Karen's.

Worst f****** pharmacy ever! I called my prescription in two days before and when I went to pick it up it still wasn't ready! I would rather scratch my eyeballs out then go back to this dirty store. I wished I could remember the pharmacists name that helped me out. She is a Godsend. She helped get me my prescription sent over and my dexcom taken care of. We are from MS and headed for a week in the mountains. Thanks so much to you and your staff for helping me out. God Bless!

pharmacists are extremely rude and do not care about helping the patients.. They can be down right cruel!! I dont understand why they are so hateful! making your customers feel awful for needing a medication, is wrong and they (2 Male pharmacists) should be ashamed of themselves! Walgreens as a company should feel ashamed for employing people like this!

Every time I have tried to fill a prescription here it has been a total nightmare! What should take 15 minutes takes hours because you have to catch and then fix their mistakes. Yesterday was the last time I will ever use this pharmacy! If you aren't on top of what meds you're supposed to be receiving from them good luck! This place is literally putting people's health at risk by their mistakes and lack of attention to detail. Scary!

big improvements been made by the staff. been coming to this walgreens for years I have had a few issues in the past here but its close to my house. but today however they not only helped me with an issue I had with my daughters Rx. (due to the dr office not them) but watching them work with other customers that had issues and having extremely patience and kindness with customers that didn't feel well. and some being very rude was impressed. hope it continues.

A bunch of idiots working this pharmacy. Dropped script off at 2:45pm and was told an hour. Came back at 3:45pm and it wasn’t ready was told another hour. Didn’t go back until 7:00pm. Still not ready! Like are you kidding me? And you all have the nerve to say “we’re busy”

This is the worst pharmacy to get a prescription refilled. I had to make 3 trips. multiple phone calls between my doctors and the pharmacy, before they finally got it right. I will never go back again.
