Pharmacy abruptly changing closing hours three times in one month. And then closing for 48 hours without notifying their patients over the weekend. I understand it is not their fault they do not have a pharmacist to staff but Now my prescriptions are sitting on the shelf all weekend and cannot be transferred. Basically I have to do without. There is absolutely no reason they could not have sent an auto dialer out letting people know of their Coming up weekend closure to pick up meds in time

Worst Pharmacy in town. They are extremely slow at filling prescriptions and they lie about the status of the prescription. I was given the run around for 2 weeks about a prescription. They had every excuse and then some to delay filling the script. Horrible customer service.

This pharmacy is the worst. They work at turtle pace, and the customer service well let's just say it sucks. The employees are rude. This place needs to hire more help and some that actually enjoy talking to people

Always helpful. Today when I was in the store, two incidents occurred with 2 different males. the manager handled the situation professionally as he asked them both to leave. Neither male acted appropriately, one cursing and using racial slurs, the other cursing and spit at the manager. The manager handled this situation with grace and ensured the safety of all other shoppers. To this manager, you deserve a raise and thank you

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Both my sisters have babies and one of them has one on the way and I am about give birth next month so we had coupons for diapers since we will all need them. Not even before we got to the register we were told to put them back because they have a store policy of only 4 diapers per household. My sister asked were that was written down and the lady said Walgreens can make up their own store rules, never heard of this before, but not only that she was extremely rude to my sisters and I. As we kept trying trying to ask her questions she kept saying I don't have to answer you and kept walking away. We all live in different places, my sister lives in Pueblo, and I live in AZ and my other is Colorado springs, so we tried explaining it would not be the same household and we were all purchasing our own, but she said she didnt care and she wasnt going to let us make the purchase. At the end knowing we were both pregnant, she went on her smoke break leaving us while we trying to talk to her, and came in smelling like pure cigarettes! At this point we didnt want to talk to her because of the smell. Very bad customer service, never going to this walgreens again.

Just another Bait & Switch store.. Items advertised on the shelf are a higher price at the cash register. Only if u surrender your information to get a plastic card so they can sell your info so you can be solicited by the highest payer for your info. The Sheeple are tired of corporate product pushers & legal drug pushers..

Worst pharmacy customer service experience I have ever had. The young lady behind the counter was about as helpful as a burned out lite bulb.Very poor customer relation skills. Not only was she rude I was told to return to my original Walgreens Pharmacy and retrieve my script and return to transfer account. This Walgreens loss.My scripts are more that 2500.00 a month.If I cant get good service their are plenty of other places that will take my money. Walgreens here is my suggestion....hire people who have people skills, who like their job and have a mindset of being the best.The young lady I dealt with act like she plain didn't care.
