The male head pharmacist at this location will hang up on you, after rerouting your call 2x and letting you sit on hold for over 30 minutes. Which means I have no other option but to call back and go through the waiting process again. Never in my life have I encountered someone as unprofessional and disrespectful. Why work in customer service and health care, if you can't even pick up a damn phone?

I had a horrible experience at this Walgreens the one right here in Pablo at prairie northern. I went to a clinic yesterday took off work I got a pinch nerve in my neck I need these steroids this is a big deal to me the clinic calls it in Walgreens says they don't got any prescription and that's it and I'm stuck till the next day. Day 2 taking a day off work so 2nd day off work Walgreens no information about any status I go in there in person again they say they have nothing for me. I call the clinic they say yeah the prescriptions in they check the system the portal they say it's in Walgreens nothing. Finally around 2 PM today Walgreens sells me they got my stuff. I go in there I get my pills now I don't think this is anybody's fault per se but it's just the other cold callous way that I was dealt with on each step made me feel horrible maybe feel like I didn't know if I was ever going to make it back to work or get my medicine this sucked.

When calling I got put on hold 3 times waited over 5min just for someone to answer and hang up 4th time 10min hold someone finally answers & says they just received my scripts but my provider showed me where they sent them 12/18 on the morning. So annoying.

I checked in on my phone after arriving 5 mins early, In the span of 5 minutes was asked by 3 different pharmacy techs “if I was there for the Covid test”, all of them asking from across the room. Not an ounce of discretion, which I do think would violate HIPPA in some way. I got my test 15 minutes after scheduled, & left after being told the results would be sent to my phone. Got to my car & started to drive away when I got a call saying they forgot to charge me. I park & go back into the store to pay, & asked if it was standard to announce to the room what someone is there for. The young woman proceeded to say “sorry, we do have to validate what you’re here for.” Honestly the whole experience was unprofessional, I could’ve gotten over the forgetting to charge me, had not every pharmacy tech told the entire waiting area what I was there for.

These people play God with peoples prescriptions. It is no surprise to me that they are slowly going out of business.

Walgreens looses another customer for life. Im sick, went to doctor to get meds, sent perscription to this pharmacy, never was contacted about that perscription getting recieved or filled or anything. So clearly, since a few hpurs have passed, these particular pharmacists (or possibly company) really dont care about making money nor customer service/health. Considering the class action lawsuits against walgreens by its own employees in many states, im really not suprised. Good bye walgreens..was a nice run. (Im divesting too)

WORST PHARMACY TO GO TO!!!! Horrible staff with bad attitudes!!! Every pharmacy/hospital I’ve talked to even knows how bad these people are at answering their phones let alone DOING THEIR JOBS!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I do not recommend this store or pharmacy they are all super slow and act like they don’t care about their job! Switch your medications to a different pharmacy and don’t shop here crackheads just steal everything the shelves are either bare or locked up and they take forever to open them

Waited in line for almost 30 minutes for them to leave 6 cars in line and close for lunch. Slow service and then turning away customers without closing the line or anything. Don't have a drive thru if you can't finish out the line before closing. Will be changing my pharmacy
