Worst Walgreens in Pueblo, Colorado I will recommend everyone to not go to this one. They will just make your Life, miserable, especially the pharmacy horrible horrible horrible………

I made an appointment to get my covid flu test. Checked in 15 minutes early. Was told I needed to wait till my scheduled time. When it became my "time:, please understand there was nobody there, I was told I needed to continue to wait until whoever it was was finished filling out something he hadn't done in 6 months. Kind of defeats the idea of an appointment. Show I waited and waited and waited and waited then I had to go.
So I bought me a covid at home test
All negative completely good. But geeze louise...WTH... anyway buy a home test or find another Walgreen.

This pharmacy is the worst in Pueblo. I tested positive for covid. So, when I went to pick up my prescriptions, I went to the drive thru. There was a sign up to go in store, due to low staffing. I pressed the button to explain I didn’t have a mask and didn’t want to infect anyone. As we all learned in 2020 ~ viruses are very contagious. I call and finally get through to the pharmacy to explain I’m positive for covid and didn’t have a mask. I can hear the associate saying that I’m refusing to come in. No, I was doing what I thought was right. This pharmacy is always rude. I’ve worked for companies that are short staffed. The least they could do was take a moment to answer me in the drive thru to tell me they couldn’t help me. Luckily I was able to fill my other prescriptions at the walgreens on Bonforte and 4th street. Both pharmacies went above and beyond to help me. If it wasn’t for them I’d be waiting for my other prescriptions until I could find someone to pick them up for me.

Went into this Walgreens on a busy Friday to add some money to a Chime account. It was very busy and I felt like a real pain but they were so awesome. Helped us do what we needed to do with a smile and we were in and out!

The older unhappy woman Becky is rude and I believe a racist. I walked in with my relative speaking another language and then came up to her and pardoned myself for interrupting her and another customer not only once, or twice, but then a third time after the customer that she was assisting , told her that someone was speaking to her. That woman had enough common courtesy to speak up for me.
Becky gave me such a disgusting look.
Her bad attitude and the way she treats people of color will come back on her. This store should not tolerate such a disrespectful and discriminatory demeanors in an employee.

Absolutely LOVE my neighborhood Walgreens!! Janie at the front check-out works M-F and she literally sees/knows my entire family lol... She's always there to help no matter what it is ❤️ my family and I will miss her when she graduates college. Janie & Becky, are truly the best and so are all the employees at this location! Much ❤️😍 to you all! The pharmacy is a whole nother ball game & unfortunately not a fun one!! If I could give a separate review I would give the pharmacy -0 stars!!! All the reviews that are negative towards the pharmacy are sadly all spot on!!

The new security rail is so annoying. I can't walk in quickly to the ATM. I have to go around and mind you if there's a line I have to excuse my way through people just to get to the ATM. Pick up a prescription? Same difference. pick up pictures? Same difference. You can't exit without going through the line. When it becomes busier season you know the holiday season which of course it is going to be soon. It's going to be ridiculous to get in and out of there. So much for the customers you supposedly care for. You have no idea how inconvenient this is. And then you almost have to walk out with your basket after you've paid. You can't even put it back in the cart place anymore. You literally have to take it outside with you or leave it in front of the doorway. Theft should not inconvenience your valuable and loyal customers.
