June 2025 by Anne Shovlin
I called Walmart on Sunday, June 22 and there was no answer. I chose as many departments as I could to try and get someone to speak to. No one answered the phone for over 30 minutes. I also called this morning on June 23rd and spoke to a young woman there she was very nice and answering my question, but when I voiced my complaint about the phones not being answered, it was just glossed over. You have a business you are supposed to answer your phones. Your hours are from 6 AM to 11 PM so someone should be available to answer your phones and no one was and it took a long time to answer the phones this morning. I have issue with that and find it unacceptable While I understand that you would like people to use the Internet. I have no desire to do that I prefer to talk to a human being. I think that the Internet is so impersonal and I hate it and I resent that it is so hard to be able to talk to an individual And I think it is unacceptable that you do not answer your phones

This is generally a pretty good Walmart supercenter. Plenty of parking, looks like they have security 24 seven, and the store generally has what we need. I haven’t found too many shortages as we go periodically to buy our needs for a couple weeks at a time.

Terrible awful what used to take me 12 minutes to 2 hours and 5 minutes very pissed off about all the stupid rearranging there was no need for it is it done nothing but screw the store up and made it more difficult to shop than ever there used to be nine self-checkouts there were only three in use today the checkout line was all the way back to the deli department absolutely inexcusable piss poor management management should be fired I would fire them all very displaced customer what used to take me 12 minutes took 2 hours and 5 minutes today very displaced

Just your typical low rent rundown Walmart. Wasn't terrible but I really try to avoid this place at all cost

The remodeling is difficult for me right now. I have a lot of serious medical stuff going on with 2 family members. Going to Walmart on Dillon Drive in Pueblo just adds to my overwhelming stress. I will be back after the "Grand Re-opening."

I was in there the other day and an employee named Dee kept trying to flirt with me and felt like he was following me around. I am not ok with that.

This used to be the best walmart in town and now it's gone to hell.
You can't find anything and all the employees are too busy with the remodel to help anyone. I'll never come back nor will I recommend this location.

How inconvenient I've been waiting for formula to be unlocked for over 30 minutes, this is ridiculous. If you're gonna lock up baby food, have a better way or outcome to how customers are going to get in and out. Really upset about this.
