About Watertower Place

Watertower Place is a unique and historic building, originally a beef cattle processing facility and slaughterhouse. It is undergoing a deliberate and thoughtful update while kept as original as possible. The space now houses offices for several companies, a big custom fabrication shop, and offers event venues. It provides an amazing and super awesome environment with a rustic feel. Management is easy to work with and offers great prices. It is recommended to get a tour of this half-refurbished, 100+ year-old place.

    This place use to be a beef cattle processing facility. They have kept it as original as they can. The owner is working very hard on it. It will be quite the place when finished.
